  This Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst by far. It is 6 o’clock in the afternoon And they closed the lobby. Went through the drive-through and they don’t have Damn near anything on the menu and the oven is closed. Might as well, just close at six then.

  I come to this Duncan every single day. The whole crew pretty much knows who I am and what I want. Well, today, around 2 o'clock I went to Duncan, and there's a little mixed girl.And A blonde is brown-haired girl. Was working? I always get extra sugar in my coffee. This girl tried telling me that it was 15 cents per shot of sugar charged me 59 cents for more sugar. Because the first time there was no sugar in it so she proceeded to tell me that she would not serve me anymore was very rude, very disrespectful. And it was not appreciated whatsoever the way I was treated like I said, I go in there every day I know all the employees and these 2 little girls. Should not have a job because they are not mature enough.And they do not know how to talk to are respect anyone it took them almost 6 minutes to even answer me at the speaker, and then I had to go around the store 3 × 2 get extra sugar before I was charged for it. And every time I got put on hold. For another 2 to 3 minutes before i got a response. I cannot believe that I even got disrespected over extra sugar i know one thing.I will definitely not be going there if the people I do not know is not working.Y'all's not crew is really not a good staff.They are very unfriendly very disrespectful

  My son ordered snackin bacon while I ATTEMPTED to order a specialty coffee after driving for over 2 hours. They said they were out of almost EVERY SINGLE ITEM to make any specialty drinks. Kalineeha (name of receipt) continued to say I was idiotic after taking my son’s bacon back inside because it was completely raw. That is a terrible way to treat costumers! Would NOT recommend this Dunkin’.
