  The Togo female staff and the female manger are all rude and beyond unfriendly. They had me standing waiting for my Togo order when it was already ready and they are just standing all together laughing completely ignoring me but knowing I was there waiting for my food. If corporate sees this, I strongly recommend that she gets stepped down from manager because she is not in the place to be telling people how to do their job when she can’t even do hers correctly

  Extremely disappointing, you have nothing but teenagers working there. Who do not care about helping Any customers they hang up on people on the phone and I could promise you, I am top tier friendly. They giggle, they laugh.They do nothing to try to accommodate, I paid for my meal through the uber app, which does not allow you to put your items on the side within one minute placing that order, I contacted the store even though I had to go through a robot system which made it take longer.When I finally got someone on the phone, she asked somebody about it across the restaurant.They said, oh the one you're making now and then they hung up on me. Again I i am soft, spoken and kind.And maybe that's the problem. Although I know they hung up on me when I called back I said, I believe we got disconnected She says the problem is we've already made your items. That's some rude stuff right there.I'm a lunch lady at a school where I serve six hundred students a day. I'm sure your staff gets paid more than I do, but for some reason, they can't be bothered to pick up the phone and assist a customer. If the owner truly replies start at managment theyve allowed this to happen....

  Shout out to the best chipotle ever, the love is so real they made sure the poor hungry guy doesn’t go home hungry, portion so good you can feed a family of four with one bowl, the service is so good the second you see them you gonna start giggling, the atmosphere so immaculate you stop praying for other’s downfall. Believe me it’s that good, world peace starts with this chipotle.
