  Always understaffed, always dirty. Literally had the one person on counter stop servicing food with a line of people to go sweep and clean for 10 minutes while the line waited. Staff around the corner peaked at us and did not assist. The nice lady doing takeout stopped what she was doing to continue in house service. The person who stopped to clean did not wash hands when she returned.

  Employees don’t care about their job at all, constantly talking about how they want to leave. I was second in line and waited 20 minutes to get my food. Counter was filthy. Food was even at the register. Employees don’t even realize that this is gross. Pretty embarrassing

  Had a great experience with Chipotle! Their online and in-app ordering makes everything super easy, whether you choose in-store pickup or the Chipotlane drive-thru. Our order was actually ready earlier than expected, which is always a huge plus! Even better, the entire order was correct. All of the extra sides we requested were included, everything was in the bag, and absolutely nothing was missing from our dinner. That may sound simple, but anyone who orders through drive-thrus regularly knows how often something gets left out or made incorrectly. It’s nice knowing that with Chipotle, we can pick up our food quickly and feel confident that our order is actually going to be right. Definitely appreciated!

  Last night, we went to eat here. I first went to the restroom, I noticed that it was dirty. While we were waiting in line, we also noticed that some of the tables had not been cleaned, and the trash bins were already full. When we got to the counter, I told the server that she should check the restroom, but she didn’t go to check it. While we were ordering, I also noticed that the counter area where the food were being handled was not clean. There were visible messes and areas that looked like they had not been properly cleaned. There were also no forks available in the area where they kept the utensils, so I asked one of the employees at the counter for a fork. She was wearing plastic gloves while working, but since she had been touching different things around the counter, I felt that she should have used a napkin to handle the fork. Unfortunately, she handed it to me directly with her gloved hand. Because of this, I felt uncomfortable using the fork and decided not to use it. Unfortunately, because of the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and these experiences, we lost our appetite and did not finish our food. I hope the management can pay more attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, especially the restroom, dining area, trash bins, utensils, and counter. Cleanliness and proper food handling practices are very important, especially in a place where food is being served.
