  I walked in at just after 9pm and immediately lost my appetite. There were people seated at two tables and every single other table had food crap all over them. Clearly nobody had made an effort to clean this place in hours. One dude was behind the counter making orders and the prep line was disgusting. Food all over the place. It was apparent that nobody had made an effort to clean up the service line in quite some time as well. Finally another employee surfaced and was attempting to clean up around the drink station. I watched her spay the cleaner all over the counter hitting the plastic utensils while she was at it. An absolutely disgusting eatery. Based on observations I would rate the probability of contracting a food borne illness here as pretty high. If you’re gonna serve $21 dollar burritos, get your shiz together.

  The lady that helped us was very nice. The other employees looked terrified when we walked in. Almost like they wanted to go home, but it was 8:45 and they close at 11. The counters were disgusting. The food bins were mostly empty and the tables were dirty. The young man refilling the food was disinterested in doing his job and was taking his time. No one wiped down anything. I won't be back.

  First and possibly last time visiting this Chipotle. Instantly met with rudeness and disrespect from the young lady with braids and glasses. With a complete bad attitude, claimed she didn’t know the menu item I was requesting and refused to take my order when I told her what was in it. She walked off and had her colleague take my order instead. Slammed my food at the counter when checking out. It’s obvious customer service is not a priority at this establishment.

  If you hate your job get a new one. You’re working at chipotle for Christ sake. Two times now I’ve been met with a horrible attitude from the same young lady working. This time they were out of a lot of food, what was there looked old and cold, ingredients mixed into other ingredients bins. When I got home my burrito was falling apart, the foil wasn’t even large enough to fully wrap around it. And the rice was so hard and crunchy I actually thought I was gonna chip a tooth. Needless to say, after two bad experiences in a row, I’ll never be back. I’d rather drive 20+ mins to CAVA.

  ALL tables were super dirty. Both workers had AirPods and seemingly on call while putting in my order and serving it. Got my order wrong. When I asked about why she put double quesadillas the worker was very rude about it and acted like it was my fault. Will not be coming back even though it is in a very convenient location. Manager needs to hire better people. I have no problem with the workers talking, as I was a manager myself, but the customer needs to always come first.
