  Came in at 8:15PM August 9, 2026. Young man running the line has his hat on incorrectly not securing his hair. Talking about how he is sick and someone there who made his food got him sick. Yet he’s still working making food while being ill? Also me and my significant other stood there for 5 minutes while no one batted an eye at us. The young man behind the line and 2 employees on break were chatting the entire time so we just walked out.

  What has happened to this Chipotle?!? The employees were unfriendly, unprofessional, and could barely speak or think. They had no forks, tables were dirty, and floors were dirty. Women’s bathroom was out of order so had to use the men’s. Boy was that a bad choice. It was disgusting. Someone peed all over the unused toilet paper roll, the toilet paper holder, and it smelled like piss in there. We have been coming here since it opened and will never be coming back again. The owner or managers should be ashamed of this location.

  I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, which is why it’s disappointing to leave this review. About three weeks ago, I ordered chips and queso, but when I got home I realized the queso was missing even though I had paid for it. I didn’t call because the store was clearly understaffed. There were only three employees working (incl the manager), and the manager was yelling at one of the employees taking orders. It made everyone uncomfortable, and we just wanted to leave quickly. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to check my bag before leaving. I figured I would explain what happened the next time I visited. When I did, I politely asked about the missing queso. I completely understood if they couldn’t replace it after a few weeks, but I was disappointed by how it was handled. The manager told me I should have called, and when I explained why I hadn’t, she rolled her eyes, turned away, and dismissed me. The same manager had been yelling at employees during my previous visit, which was exactly why I didn’t feel comfortable calling in the first place. On top of that, the cutlery station was messy, several soda options were out of service, the restroom was out of service, and our food was cold. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues at this location. I really hope this location improves because I’ve always loved Chipotle. Mistakes happen, but good customer service and treating both customers and employees with respect can make all the difference.

  The service was quick and easy staff ok dont reall speak much. The price for the food i think its a bit much but overall good food. Location great near alot of other stores and attractions.

  Just had the most awful experience ever and I am not someone that likes to leave bad reviews as my bowl is getting made The super sweet girl who is making my bowl ask if they’re is white rice and gets yelled at and talked down to her and belittled and I could just see how uncomfortable it made her and how embarrassing it wasby what I’m assuming is the mangaer she was a black lady And then the lady here in this picture puts guac on my bowl And all of the guac was smack in the middle so I asked if I could have a tiny bit more to the left side and then she puts a gigantic scoop And when I told her I didn’t want another gigantic scoop She proceeds to rip a bunch of it off while being extremely rude Making extremely rude comments at me in a very angry way, and just destroying the bowl. I don’t know what the heck is going on, but these workers need to go through anger management classes, and just taught some basic mannerism that I learned when I was a little kid. I’m very upset my over $20 bowl just got completely wasted and went into the garbage. And also How do you even make a chipotle bowl that disgusting I’ve been eating chipotle My entire life basically and I have never had a bowl so disgusting. I mean the scoops they use are the exact measurement how can you mess up a bowl that bad? It’s very sad to see that this is where the work force is I don’t know if it was just the wrong shift and they were all having a bad day, but I seriously have not had an experience that bad In my entire life and I’ve had some pretty bad experiences.
