  Unfortunately, this location has consistently been a bad experience for us, both in terms of food quality and customer service. After looking through other reviews for this location, it seems our experience is unfortunately not an isolated one, particularly when it comes to complaints about rude management/staff and inconsistent food quality. We've had incorrect orders multiple times. A few weeks ago, we ordered a burrito and received a bowl instead. Today was considerably worse. We ordered three kids meals, including a steak quesadilla. There was apparently some confusion while the order was being prepared, and instead of simply helping resolve it, the manager became extremely rude and blamed my child, insisting that he had ordered the wrong thing. We ended up being charged for all three kids meals with steak PLUS an additional side of steak that actually cost more than one of the kids meals. After getting home, we discovered that the situation was even worse. The fruit included with all three kids meals was completely rotten and obviously should never have been served. On top of that, the "steak quesadilla" that caused the entire argument contained only cheese — no steak at all. Mistakes happen, and an occasional incorrect order wouldn't normally warrant a bad review. What made this experience particularly frustrating was the manager's attitude when we tried to address a simple mistake, especially when the order ultimately turned out to be wrong anyway. Seeing other customers report similar experiences with rude or argumentative management makes this even more disappointing. Serving rotten fruit with three children's meals is also completely unacceptable. Between the repeated order mistakes, being charged for additional food we didn't need, receiving a steak quesadilla with no steak, rotten fruit in all three kids meals, and the way the manager treated us, we won't be returning to this location.

  It took my all of 2 minutes to see why this location has so many bad reviews & this will be my first & last time coming here. I order double meat, extra everything except sour cream & this is by far the lightest bowl I’ve ever had, they either ignored the order entirely or they’re pretending like the extra ingredients come outta their own pocket. Never again.

  Really love Chipotle and frequent them quite often, but for some reason the Viera location of Chipotle is always dirty when I go there food on the floor on the tables and the staff is beyond a terrible they are rude they get the orders wrong and online orders wrong they have attitudes and are rude and basically don't want to serve you. This has happened to me at least three or four times at this location I will no longer be frequenting this location I will go to Merritt Island instead we're always professional and it's always fun there. The owner of this is establishment should seriously consider firing their staff and rehiring and training them to be professional and clean you never see anything like this going on at a Chick-fil-A and that's because they have standards and anyone that doesn't follow standards gets fired. So anyone that reads this avoid this location and go to Merritt Island or anywhere else for that matter it's a shame because Viera is a high-end area of affluence and it's being brought down with a low rate chain restaurant with poorly trained staff and dirty environment.

  This chipotle is terrible. Staff is super rude. They never make my pickup order on time and they give you dirty looks upon entering. Once i went in here at night around 9:30, and the staff inside made it clear they weren’t happy i was there. One of them even exclaimed “oh hell no!” while the rest of the people in the back complained about me entering the store as well.

  Utterly disrespectful night shift. Came in an hour before close, received nothing but disrespect from every person in there, barring those in the back. The workers were upset that I came in at 10:00 p.m , despite closing at 11:00 p.m. , and they made it a point to let me know. The young lady behind the counter had the nerve to tell me I should’ve gone to McDonalds instead?? 9/10 at 10:00 P.M. I hope the manager sees this too
