- AHA HilltopwayAug 3, 20261.022 minutes to get two 4 piece chicken strips order for me and wife. Never had this kind of experience at a Chic-fil-A. Many people who ordered after me got their orders. I probably would have had to wait another 20 minutes if I hadn’t asked about my order. I asked the young lady distributing the orders what happened. She said she didn’t know. She was very apologetic. I’ll never go to this store again. My time is valuable too.

So she decided to question me and then turn around and call me rude. Finally she went ahead and give me chicken nuggets that were missing. She has no customer service skills , she is very rude and unprofessional

Food is fresh and accurate, and it’s a reasonable wait time even when the line is long. You can tell they enjoy working together, and they all pitch in and work hard with smiles on their faces, and with that extra effort of personal customer service you know to expect from CFA. Suha is amazing! Kaydence, Natalie, Geo, and so many others are kind and considerate to our family, including our little kiddos, every time we come to get a meal. Great work CFA team, and keep it up!

The lemonade was bitter and sour. The chicken was great but the rest of the experience sucked. Not a usual experience for this restaurant. Disappointed.
