Visited Aug 30, 2026 approximately 1130 AM I would like to recognize two of your employees. First, the receptionist was friendly and inviting. The initial conversation was great. She was in a great mood which set the tone for our experience. Second, the employee who took our food and drink requests was awesome. Her name is Brittany. As a father, all I want is for my daughters to smile and enjoy themselves. My daughters did both at the Chart House. Please forgive me for not remembering the receptionist’s name. She was amazing. However the manager on duty ( the gentleman wearing the light blue, long sleeve, button up shirt) seemed like a friendly person. Unfortunately we could not confirm because he did not come to our table. The other patrons did experience his kindness though. I don’t take experiences such as that personally, but my daughter mentioned it to me. I don’t know if it was an oversight or intentional. Maybe that manager doesn’t know how important it is to ensure everyone feels welcomed. I will say no more about that. Ohhhhhh!! And the smash burger and the home fries , my goodness!! Two thumbs up. I would like to recognize the kitchen employees. The food was amazing. Macaroni and cheese with chicken tenders for my three year old. Pancakes and hash browns for my 18 year old. Very good 👍🏿 💪🏾!Thank you for the experience.

Went for a special occasion. Asked for a table by the water and they obliged. We let them know ahead of time there was a birthday and they had a nice card and the menus each said birthday wishes printed on them. Very nice touch. Gabriella took care of us and we did not feel rushed at all. A nice dining experience to catch up with friends. Started with Kim Chee Calamari app and Firecracker Shrimp. Both very good. Worried about spice but heat was regulated well and added to the dish. We had the Miso Sake Black Cod. Bill says Sablefish???? It was a good portion but not really enough and there was a tad too much miso soup. And with no sides included it was a an OK value. Bronzed salmon and crab was a big hit and very delicious. Came with a salad and a dessert. Good value since it was so good. Caesar salad was good and the crème brûlée was also very good. Off the early dine menu the Chimichurri steak and shrimp was tender and the shrimp well seasoned. It also came with soup or slad and New England Clam chowder served was very good. Crème brûlée to finish and all good. Another in our party had Halibut and lobster risotto and while tasty fell short of the sixty dollar price tag with no sides on portion alone. The night was very enjoyable. Of the two experiences we have had happy hour is probably best value but is very busy. They did a good job making our night special.

Beautiful restaurant with a view of the water. The food was wonderful With service to match. After tip, my bill came to $150. Highly recommended! It was very crowded when I went on Saturday evening. I would definitely recommend making a reservation. Valet parking service is offered, but there are specific spots where people who would prefer to park their own cars can use.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was our second time visiting, and somehow it was even better than the first! The food, ambiance, and beautiful water views were absolutely amazing. We searched around for happy hour options, and this was by far one of the best we found. There were so many choices, and the portions were incredibly generous for the price. We also tried the early dinner menu, which was such a great value—the entrée included a soup or salad AND dessert! Everything was beautifully presented and tasted exquisite. You can tell that so much care goes into not only the preparation, but also the presentation of every dish. We especially appreciated that the chef personally came out to bring our son his salmon entrée. That personal touch made the experience feel even more special and showed the level of care and attention they give their guests. We happened to mention that we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary, and our waiter, Jonathan, surprised us with a special dessert. 🥂❤️ Such a thoughtful touch! Thank you, Jonathan, for making our anniversary dinner even more memorable and for providing such friendly, attentive, and professional service. Amazing food, gorgeous views, great value, and wonderful service. We can’t wait to come back again!

My fiancé and I moved to Florida in April, and his birthday was in May, so I made dinner reservations at Chart House to celebrate. We had an amazing dinner, and the staff was so kind and welcoming that we immediately thought, “Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have our wedding brunch here?” Unfortunately, Chart House is normally only open for dinner, so we were concerned that our vision wouldn’t be possible. But Kathleen pulled out all the stops and made it happen for us! We truly couldn’t have been happier. Our special day was made even more complete by being able to celebrate with a beautiful brunch at Chart House. Kathleen went above and beyond to make our vision come true, and we are so incredibly grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day even more special. Thank you again, Kathleen, for everything! We will always remember your kindness and the beautiful memories you helped create for us. Sincerely, Mr. & Mrs. Blackburn
