Finally came after three years and I got married right down the street from here. Brought my wife here for her birthday and we loved it. Food was great, great view of the river, and we actually seen a pair of dolphins.

We recently enjoyed dinner at Chart House in Melbourne, Florida, and it was a memorable waterfront dining experience. Nestled along the Indian River, the restaurant offers beautiful sunset views, a relaxed upscale atmosphere, and attentive service that made the evening feel special from start to finish. The large windows overlooking the water added a perfect backdrop as dolphins occasionally surfaced nearby.
The menu offered a nice variety of seafood and steak selections, and everything arrived fresh and well prepared. The prime rib was tender and flavorful, the seafood dishes were cooked perfectly, and the cocktails were excellent. Service throughout the evening was warm, professional, and unhurried, allowing us to truly enjoy the experience. The famous lava cake dessert definitely lived up to its reputation and was the perfect ending to the meal.
What really sets Chart House apart is the combination of scenic waterfront ambiance, classic Florida charm, and consistently friendly hospitality.
I feel that whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, entertaining guests, or simply looking for a relaxing dinner with a view, it remains one of Melbourne’s iconic dining destinations.

This was my first time dinning in at chart house, O wanted to go here so bad for my Birthday and my husband made it happen. Little did we know we would be sick the next day vomiting and diarrhea. We both asked for well done steak. When it came my food was lukewarm I didn’t want to complain.but I should have the meat was not well done like we asked but due to the Lighting I couldn’t really tell. So we took the rest to go until I opened the box after being to see what the steak looked like. I don’t understand how the outside look well done a little bit but the inside was pink. I feel like we laid all that money just to get sick .Never again..Also I felt like the waitress could of been could of had a smile on her she look aggravated

I keep coming here thinking it’s going to get better. The shrimp cocktail was like rubber and my drink was really bad. I am a loyalty member where I get perks which is the only reason I return. But I’m also thinking it’s just not worth it

Was very disappointed tonight. This is the second time at this location and we were so happy to go there for mother's Day a day early. Our reservation was at 4:00 we got seated promptly but we did not see a server for 20 minutes and when we did we asked her for three sunset menus just to look at them we got two and when I asked for the other one literally rolled her eyes. Ask for different server and a manager who I apologize don't remember his name but an extremely nice gentleman. From that point on though it was a comedy of errors. Ordered the flounder franchise (regular menu) and two prime rib meals (sunset menu). The franchise was absolutely horrible, sorry. One of the prime ribs was undercooked suppose to well done but at that point my mother did not want to return it, she was hungry. I did return the flounder franchise and originally didn't want anything but the manager convinced me too exchange it for the prime rib and honestly it was extremely fatty. Drinks also took a long time. Then at the end of the night they did comp the flounder franchise and we gave them our Chart House card because we're regulars at different locations and a credit card and we did get our Chart House card back but not our credit card, had to ask for it. I will go back again I mean I get that there's mistakes that happen but unfortunately this was a consistent string of errors all night. I do feel like we should have been compensated a little bit more and I'm not looking for a freebie. I personally wanted to leave from the beginning after the first two problems happened. Again, the manager was wonderful oh and also at the end of the night one of the ladies bathrooms was broken so it was consistently awful and I just had to write a review after spending $220 on money not well spent. I'm sorry.
