  Don't understand some of the bad reviews, its a fast food place. Employees were nice and food was good. I will definitely be back

  For a fast food place, this Bojangles was pretty good.free tables, reasonably fast. I had the grilled chicken sandwich, even though their specialty is fried chicken. I enjoyed the cole slaw as a welcome change from French fries. They are especially proud of their iced tea--it was pleasantly strong.

  Haven’t been to Bojangles in over a decade, but decided to stop in — was very impressed with Ava, she was professional, kind, and attentive. Highly recommend this location for the service alone. The food was good, but unfortunately served luke warm.

  Don’t come here hungry on a Sunday around lunch. Waited about 30 minutes for our food while customer after customer who ordered after us received their orders first. Eventually it became pretty obvious that our order had been overlooked, because only after we’d been standing there forever did they finally start making it. I understand Sunday lunch is busy, and I don’t expect instant service. But watching half the restaurant cycle through while you’re still standing there waiting for an order that apparently wasn’t being made is ridiculous. The food is Bojangles — we like the food. But the organization and order management during the lunch rush were terrible. If an order gets missed, acknowledge it and fix it instead of leaving the customer standing there wondering what’s going on. Thirty minutes for fast food while later orders go out ahead of yours is unacceptable.
