  This place needs a new manager. Ran out of coffee cup lids earlier this week and today only 5 people working during the morning rush. One employee has his pants down below his butt with his underwear showing while serving food.

  I went to Bojangles in South Carolina and had an amazing chicken meal with my new favorite country ham biscuits and the dirty rice. Unfortunately the only Bojangles in Florida that serves a full menu including fried chicken and county ham biscuits is in St. Augustine. I've been to Sanford locations and NOPE!! Was passing through Melbourne and saw one and swung in but to my major surprise and disappointment again... NOPE!! It's very confusing that your sign says Famous Chicken... Not Famous Chicken Strips... and yet you don't serve the amazing chicken your FAMOUS for. Bojangles has amazing fried chicken but nobody south of St. Augustine would know that... the country ham biscuits are a God send but again if you aren't up North.... well you're out of luck. Very disappointed.

  Had the absolute worst service today at the drive thru. Young guy was rude and talking back to me…. It was noontime not a single car in the drive through and it was bogo tender meal day. Asked for no Ice in the drinks, ranch with both meals neither were correct. Then got home and the “tenders” were the size of nuggets…. It’s no wonder no one is eating there. Management better step in here or this place is going under

  Sad world we live in when Bojangles doesn’t sell bone in chicken. This Location only sells chicken tenders the number one reason why I love Bojangles is because they’re fried chicken with bone in chicken legs, chicken wings, chicken thighs, and they don’t have any of that here. Unfortunately, drive-through service was lackluster as well. I try to be as polite and friendly to the person as possible, and couldn’t get any emotion out of them whatsoever beyond barely a word at me.

  I'm just used to Bojangles in VA. I moved here from VA about a year ago and was so excited for Bojangles to open. Everything was good don't get me wrong. But their menu here in FL is a lot more limited compared to what you see in VA & NC. Bojangles is headquartered in North Carolina so their new to Florida. For instance there is no bone in chicken and the fried chicken meals they don't have. They only have fried tenders. Plus all those sides or "fixins" they don't have so just be warned if you're from VA & NC.
