Got chicken sandwich... doesn't even compare to Chick filet. Breading falling off chicken, looks like it was made with chicken nuggets instead of one filet. and over salty. First time I've been in years and the last time. Straight up garbage.

I went through the drive through so i am unsure how the amostphere inside was. The drive through person was just rude and customer service was not the best. I order two orders of 3 piece strips. For my second order she did not ask me what i wanted in that she just tried to give me pricing without allowing me to finish my order. When ordering a drink instead of saying these are out every choice i picked was out and she got an attitude when i said that. When i got to the window again just no customer service; stares no manners. The food itself was over cooked and just not quality

Excellent food excellent atmosphere. Excellent customer service excellent prices. Best deal in town. Chicken is juicy and crispy, biscuits are flaky and buttery, fries are well seasoned. They offer 10% discount for military. And their ranch is fresh made right here at this location homemade ranch.

Came during an off hour- mid afternoon. There was a line of about 10 people waiting. The Dining Room had a few tables occupied. The empty tables were mostly dirty. There were 2 managers working at the time. Yet they couldn't be bothered with greeting the customers in line, or helping to speed up the line! Over 10 minutes just for my order to be taken? I asked for a table to be wiped down. The Manager just wiped off the table I requested and one behind it. Why not clean off the other 10 dirty tables?? And 2 of the garbage cans had trash up to the top, and the Soda Fountain was really dirty too. I don't care how good the food is if the service is bad, and the place is Dirty!!

A very nice new restaurant for a good chicken sandwich
This chain started in, 1977 in Charlotte, North Carolina with one location offering seasoned fried chicken and fresh buttermilk biscuits. It has since grown to approximately 884 locations across the United States. I recently visited the newly one at 5155 North Wickham Road in Melbourne, Florida. I, personally think it is a welcome addition to our Space Coast area. As a stand-alone building in the middle of a parking lot, it offers plenty of parking and both indoor and outdoor seating. I went inside and ordered the sandwich combo with one side and a drink for $10.58. The price felt very reasonable for the portion size. Ordering at the counter was quick and straightforward, and the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. My food came out fast, even though I dined during a non-peak time. The sandwich was excellent, well seasoned breaded chicken with pickles and mayo on a fresh bun. I paired it with their dirty rice, which was very good and hit the spot for me. The only real downside was the cleanliness. Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, the tables and lobby area looked like they hadn’t been tended to recently. A quick wipe-down would have made a big difference in the overall experience. Overall, this new Bojangles is a solid addition to the area. The food quality, speed and quality of service, friendly team, and convenient location make it worth stopping by. With a little more attention to keeping the dining room clean, it could easily become one of my go-to spots. I’ll definitely for the biscuit that I did not get this time.
