  i placed my order at 1:20pm , the app said the order would be done at 1:24. i get there with 1 singular car in front of me, they tell me they’re dropping the jalapeño poppers fresh, that i need to pull forward and they’ll bring it out to me. i waited in that parking spot for almost 30 minutes before i went inside and saw my order sitting on the counter, done, drink cup empty, with nobody bringing it out to me. i checked to see if the food was hot considering they said they were dropping it fresh, it felt like it had been sitting out for at LEAST 10 minutes. i then drive 20 minutes home, sit down, open my bag, only to realize that not only are majority of my sauces missing, but the medium fry i ordered with the MEAL wasn’t in the bag either. i JUST got off of work, came home, and really don’t feel like leaving the house to go fix someone else's mistake. You guys need to do better. the ONLY positive part of this whole experience was how nice the girl at the window was. the rest of you, employees coming out for smoke/vape breaks right in front of the door, employees inside just standing at the counter doing virtually nothing. actually speechless.

  Sign at drive thru and front door says “Smoking meat ok. Smoking or Vaping NOT ok” then in small print it says “ smoking or vaping is prohibited within 20 feet of this entrance.” So what do they do about the female employee that is standing at the front door vaping?? Nothing!! (it was Thursday today, July 23 about 745) And she had a headset on taking orders! Also, the large fries is more like a small and they are nothing to talk about because it is very disappointing so they ended up getting tossed to the birds. A waste of money

  The food was good andy order was all there . However what's up with the parking lot you have to drive down the road into the parking lot ana around the building to get to that drive through then you have to go around the building again just to leave the parking lot lol .... I'm making another left turn!!!
