  I ordered my usual caramel macchiato, but today, as I was drinking it, I noticed it tasted like it was made with just milk and caramel, with no coffee shot at all. I went back and politely explained the issue to the staff, but I was told that because I had already started drinking it, they would not replace it and I would have to pay for another one. I ended up paying for a second drink, but I’m extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. How was I supposed to know something was wrong with the drink without tasting it first? I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable just for the drink I originally paid for to be made correctly. Unfortunately, because of this experience and the lack of customer service, 7 Brew just lost a customer.

  Very disappointed with my experience. We ended up waiting around 20 minutes while the staff continued taking orders from only one drive-thru line and completely ignored ours. It was frustrating watching other customers get helped while we just sat there with no explanation or acknowledgment. If you’re going to have multiple lines open, they should be managed fairly. Hopefully they improve their organization and customer service because this experience definitely wasn’t worth the wait.

  Emily was so awesome she makes the tea perfect and is super kind and helpful. Gianna and Kenzie are always welcoming

  I had a great experience at this seven brew location because Christian, who took my order, was very kind, accommodating and answered all my questions. The sweet n salty was fantastic 🇺🇸 ☕️ Thank you for your great service
