  We stopped in after the Billy Bowlegs parade and we just wanted to give the 2 guys working some recognition, because they were insanely busy, fryers went down, sodas were out, etc. and they were doing such a good job and their customer service never suffered because they were having a rough night.

  This location lets homeless people hang out in the store and the parking lot. The last two visits I’ve been bothered by them. The workers let them run around and do whatever they want in the store. No thanks

  I dont live in the area so one visit in the drive thru was my only impression of this restaurant and I will not visit again. I verified my order was correct when it was placed. It cost $50 for two adults and a child to eat. After leaving we realize several items were missing from the order. I was unable to turn around as we were already running behind schedule. If it were one item missing, I would have understood but three items that were all different? No. That is pure carelessness. Its even more frustrating now than ever before because its not cheap to eat at a restaurant. When I am paying more, I expect what was ordered to be in the bag. Do better.

  they took the 5 layer burrito off of the classic list and made it a main item on the boxes. greed is the only reason. the cost of my regular order went from $9 to $15. I'd rather just stop going to your restaurant then spend six more dollars everytime.

  I don't think it's the fault of the employees but I walked in and was not even greeted by anything but an electronic screen. No problem I said, I walked up, used the slowest processing machine I've ever seen, and entered my order. It seemed to take forever just to do that. I chose to pay cash and it said proceed to the counter to pay. 20 minutes later I'm finding out by another customer who was waiting on their food that if you don't pay, they don't start making the food. Well, nobody came up to the counter to even take my money. And that's all it said, proceed to the counter to pay. There is no one working the counter. No one. The person in front of me said they had waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes before. So... Don't eat here. Don't waste your time here. I waited in there until I had to go back to work. I asked one of the guys as he was running around back there working his tail off trying to get everybody said if he had started an order for Daniel yet and he just looked at me helplessly and kept on working. I feel sorry for these kids that accept employment here.
