  DO NOT GO HERE.I will never go back. Food was cold and they just need to close up!!!! Update....warmed up my food because I could not go back because I was tired. Ate my food and had to rush to the restroom. My kids meal was awful. Fries were cold. Everything was just horrible.

  Run down decrepit old Sonic. They had no hamburgers and the slushy machine was broken, cherry on top the guy taking our order was an absolute jerk who gave me an attitude that we had to completely redo our order at the HAMBURGER and SLUSHY place. And surprise surprise they didn’t get our order right and forgot to put my daughters chicken tenders in the bag.

  I love how even if there is a mistake made the way in which it is handled says everything. I had an issue with my order today and the managerMelina and her crew gave the best customer service in such a way that it made the experience exceptional.

  Not only were two meals over 30 dollars, they didn’t fill the Large fries and didn’t put bacon on one of my cheeseburgers. It’s on the receipt, why not my burger.

  I went through the drive thru here after having been to the Shalimar location several times with flawless tesults. I was told in a rude manor (no greeting) order or pickup? I said order please. They said "hold on". After 5 minutes, they came back on and said okay what do you want to order. I asked for 2 Sonic Blasts, to which they said they're machine was down. I asked for a milkshake and they said machine was down. What is this, the old McDolnalds trick? Note to Sonic in Florida....when it's 115 heat index, make sure your machine is up. The fact that there wasn't any type of explanation like it just went down and we've called a repair person to address the issue or anything remotely close to competent makes my first visit to this one my last one.
