  Waiting more than 15 minutes just for someone to take our order, with no acknowledgment or apology, is unacceptable. This location clearly needs better management and customer service training. I hope corporate addresses these issues so other customers don’t have the same experience.

  This is scary. Thought about going but I saw reviews on Facebook that this location was terrible. Reviews and reputation matter.

  Waited in the drive thru for about 15 mins. Got to the speaker and was told it would be another 10-15 mins. I was getting an online pickup order. It was a simple pretzel w cheese sauce and a blast. Didn’t receive the cheese sauce, the blast was half melted, and when I took the pretzel out of the bag to eat it—it was ripped in half with what looked like teeth marks already. I’m pretty sure someone had taken a bite out of it. This was a Tuesday evening—not the weekend.

  My man WOLFGANG and the crew just served me up 52 corn dogs in like, 15 minutes! Thanks to ya’ll all the guys at the shop have lunch today! And they all were made perfectly! Woooo!!!!
