I usually love Sonic’s food, but the service at this location is absolutely atrocious! I visited this location last week and waited 35 minutes to place my order. They explained to me that their service was down and they were experiencing longer wait times than usual. Normally, I would be very understanding but just a few weeks ago I waited for 30 minutes to place my order and eventually left to get food somewhere else. After another 20 minutes, they finally bring me my order - a Smashburger, mozzarella sticks, and jalapeño poppers. My total was 18 and change so I gave the girl a $20 bill and keep the change. I go to dive into my very long awaited meal… but there’s no marinara sauce, no ranch sauce, no napkins, no utensils, nothing. I go back up to the window to ask for sauces and they explained to me again that their systems are down. I don’t understand how down systems mean you forget napkins and sauces that go with the sides. After getting these sauces and hop back in my car to, once again, dive into this very long awaited meal…all three items were cold. So after waiting 35 minutes to place my order and 20 minutes to receive my order with no sauces and I have cold food. And all of this is apparently because their systems are down. I keep giving this location another chance because I love the food but the past few times I visited they have disappointed me. The service is absolutely horrible. 10/10 do not recommend.
Ordered a hotdog with ketchup and mustard, an all American dog and strawberry shake no whipped cream. 30 minutes later we got mustard on a bun with a cold dog a touch of ketchup and a strawberry shake with whipped cream in the cup, on the cup and all over my fingers. I'm anually disappointed. I go once a year to see if anything has improved. NO it hasn't. Not wasting my time or money here annually.

I Can Deal With Alot Of Things Short Staff. A Mess Up On A Order That's Understandable When You Come To A Fast Food Restaurant. But What I Absolutely Can't Stand Is Someone Order Being Taking After Me When I Been Ringing That Dang Red Button 10 Times Before They Pulled In. And Also Went To Two Different Stalls. Then A Employee Apologized And Said They'll Be Back To Take My Order ButA Dude Inside Told Him No Then Hits His Vape And Continue To Try To Prepare Everyone Food. You Being Short Staff I'm Fine With But Don't Take Nobody Order After Me. And Don't Tell Me You Gone Do Something And Walk In And Out That Door 5 Other Times.

This is the 4th time I’ve placed a mobile order and it was more than 40 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. One time all I had were drinks… 2 drinks. And my $50 worth of pizzas were ice cold. For a 5$ drink order!!! That time was 55 minutes from order time. Tonight, on a Monday, at 10 pm.. not peak hours. My husband was picking up for my grandchildren, and they fell asleep before we could even talk to an employee… at 10:45. He did come out to the car and offer a free coupon for a combo, but my $30 order was still not even in progress. I tried to call the store number, which was out of order. So there was no way to cancel or request a refund. 🤯At over an hour from my order time( meaning… pick up time) he is still sitting in the car waiting. So by now… we’ve spent another $10 on gas!!! The employee said everyone quit??? Maybe they need NEW MANAGEMENT!! This has been going on for MONTHS!! So something has really affected their performance??? Maybe corporate needs to look at the situation!!!
Absolutely this sonic has gone to the ground. Even if you find a working kiosk. Good luck getting your food after you order. Always the same excuse. Running behind cause short handed. Im surprised this place is even still in business. Good luck. Yall are horrible.
