- MLMFWM LLCApr 28, 20265.0I was there last Friday and ate with my Mom. A real friendly server came around and refilled everyone's drinks if they wanted and she was real sweet to all of us. I never seen anyone in McDonald's taking care of the customers at tables but she did. She was real sweet and patient to everybody. My mom was real happy every time the lady came by our table. I am guessing it was Mrs. Sherry because I seen another review with her name on it. Thank you to Mrs. Sherry!
- LRLarry RasnickApr 26, 20265.0There's an older lady named Ms. Sherry who was working on Saturday, April 25, 2026 who provided exemplary service to every single person in the restaurant. She refilled drinks, fetched extra items, and checked on the customers to make sure they had everything they need. I had three children with me who were a handful, but she spoke to them as if they were adults. It was clear that even their experience mattered. I've never received such amazing service at a restaurant, much less a fast food joint. It's evident that she takes pride in what she does. She never stopped taking orders, checking on tables, and even cleaning. Other employees stood around talking to each other, but Ms. Sherry was clearly focused on the customers and their experience. To top it off, she said she's new and has never worked in a restaurant before!! I feel like I should have left her a tip for her excellent service. Great job, McDonald's! You definitely have a star employee! WOW!
