- CGCrystal George5 days ago1.0Came here after work on 5/14/2026... I ordered my food online. When I came to pick up my food , I noticed the fries were cold and the boneless garlic parm wings were completely dry loaded with grated parm cheese, no wetness from garlic or butter just fried and dry. I was upset because I caught an Uber, food cold delivered with unprofessional customer and violation of work ethics playing around with customers food. When I returned the wings and asked if they coukd add some butter to make it little wet, but that wasn’t the case. When I returned home I opened my wing box and noticed that guy who fixed my food dump the entire whole bottle of butter inside my wing box. My wings were buried in butter , like 6ft underground in butter. I called up wingstop ro address the issue and the manager on duty was rude dismissive as usual.. Never again! I will be contacting corporate office.

I came in to pick up a mobile order and the cashier was dealing with something on the register. I tried to get their attention because I was just picking up. But I was not acknowledged for a good 5-10 minutes until the older gentleman decided to address me when he felt like it. After 15 minutes of waiting, I get my order and went home. Upon opening up my food at home, it looked like the employees just put plain boneless chicken wings and drizzled a little amount of the spicy korean q sauce. Which is crazy because I order that every time and it’s always drowning in the sauce, completely coated. So that was disappointing considering I spent money and did not enjoy my food at all. I won’t be returning to this Wingstop location unless they improve.
