She had me try a new flavor fried our wings exactly how we liked them. She even showed us the wings to make sure we approved. That's someone who cares about people. Give her a raise gift card something!! She deserves it. Thank you again Keke!! And again before I go if she not working that day I aint going! Lol.

- TYTrudy YoungAug 11, 20261.0⭐️ ZERO STARS IF I COULD! Extremely disappointing customer service at Wingstop on Atlantic Blvd in Margate, FL. I placed an online order on 8/11/26 for 100 wings for an event on 8/16/26. I later found a better option and tried to cancel the order online, but there was no cancellation option. I called the store six times and spent approximately 37 minutes on hold. Two employees told me they couldn’t find the order, despite the charge appearing on my credit card. I simply needed someone to confirm the cancellation. On my final call, I asked for a manager. I was told the manager had left. I asked for anyone in charge and was placed on hold AGAIN. After 12 more minutes, I hung up. This is unacceptable. Six calls, nearly 50 minutes of my time, and still no resolution. Customer service should not be this difficult. Wingstop management needs to address this location. Zero stars if I could!

After waiting longer than normal, we finally got our food, but then they got the order wrong. In the end, it took us about 1.5 hours before we could finally eat. I’ve honestly never experienced a place with so many incapable staff members.
