  I wanted to leave a review specifically to highlight Diane, who is hands down the BEST cashier this Papa Johns location has had in months. I believe I first saw her around February, and she has been consistently awesome ever since. She is always well-kept, genuinely smiling, and delivers top-tier customer service every single time. Yesterday, the store was absolutely slammed. I was planning to place an order, and Diane was completely upfront and honest with me right away, letting me know the wait would be a minimum of 30 minutes. I deeply appreciated her transparency. What really stood out and frankly, frustrated me as a regular customer was how hard she was working. Management had her practically running back and forth from the front counter to the ovens. It felt completely unfair to watch. As a regular, I’ve noticed a ton of new faces lately, so I know they have the staff. There is no reason they shouldn't have a minimum of 5 people on shift during a rush like that so one person isn't carrying the whole store. Despite being clearly overworked and juggling the front desk, the oven, taking orders, and handing out orders all at once, Diane kept a beautiful smile on her face the entire time and gave it 100%. I truly hope the best for Diane and hope management recognizes what an incredible asset she is. This store cannot afford to lose her. She is a rockstar!

  There is a young lady at the counter, and the last three times I’ve gone to pick up my online order, she has told me, “I don’t see your order here.” I give her my name and phone number, and she still can’t find it. Every time, I either have to show my receipt or have another employee come over and locate the order. She doesn’t seem to put much effort into understanding what you’re there to pick up before saying it isn’t there. It’s discouraging because, at first, I thought she was just new and needed more training. After three visits, I don’t think it has anything to do with being new anymore. It feels like this level of customer service is simply accepted at this location. I’m sharing this because I hope management addresses it. Picking up an online order shouldn’t be this difficult.

  Make sure to place a delivery at least 2 hours in advance. Asap Delivery means waiting on a door dasher to pick up your food then go and deliver other food for an extra hour. I’d like my delivery fee money back.
