  Terrible service here. Made a terrible coffee drink- all cream no coffee and were not happy when I pointed thus out and then charged $2 more for more coffee. Do not shop here.

  I asked my cold brew with no ice (the way i get it every other day for last 2 years) but manager decided to tell me this is not the way the serve it and it has to be with ice. Not only she slams window in my face but also an employee shows me middle finger. This is the store i’ve been buying coffee everyday. You need to rehire people that are interested in their job. Because this is fully unacceptable and i will make sure it will make it to corporate

  I’m not sure what your name is but every morning my pup is excited to see you, this location has always been a great experience especially the one time my coffee spilled

  I had a disappointing experience this morning. My receipt clearly indicated two iced lattes, but the employee prepared both drinks hot. When I mentioned the mistake, there was little concern shown, and instead of remaking the drinks, I was handed a cup of ice and expected to fix them myself. I ended up throwing away half of my latte just to make it drinkable. Unfortunately, this was not the level of customer service I expected.

  The staff are incredible, super attentive and helped me with everything I needed last time I was there, I felt welcomed and very happy 🙂 I highly recommend this place
