  Stopped by Dunkin for a quick snack and ordered an açaí strawberry refresher mixed together, but unfortunately it tasted mostly like water with very little flavor. I specifically asked for it blended because I didn’t want it too diluted. The staff was polite and the food was okay, but the drink was disappointing this time. Hoping for a better balance next visit.” ☕🍓

  This afternoon a white girl with squint eyes treated me very badly. She never said hello or asked what I needed, she just let me talk because I asked for 6 donuts, when I asked for an ice cream she heard two and when I told her that I only wanted one she just stared at me and threw it in the trash. I felt super bad because I don't feel that's the best way to treat the client. The donuts tasted bad and hard. How bad I feel, how bad everything is.

  Managers are being rude to customers. I’ve witnessed so many nasty comments from them regarding people’s order. I would be afraid ordering it from there with that attitude

  Very rude stuff. Manager was having screaming match with srive thru client and then was talking in slurs when closed window. Male employee after that showed same client a middle finger. In what situation this is an acceptable scenario? Will never be back there.
