- BBBJun 17, 20261.0Ordered online twice during their open hours. Both orders cancelled without reason. Called store and recording said we are open, ready to take your order, although no one answered the phone the first 3 times I called. Friendly lady finally answered and said all delivery orders are auto cancelled today because the only delivery driver they have is off today. You’d think Papa John’s would post this somewhere during the checkout process? Let’s not forget the prompt for me to tip before my food is actually delivered. You do realize tipping is reserved for good service that has already occurred, right?

I received a call stating that they were completely out of ALL topping. So it was changed to three cheese pizzas. She had stated on the phone that she could rebate and reenter the order. When I get there, she put the receipt in front of me to sign for the same $85. FOR CHEESE PIZZA. She did refund after I had to ask but the new total was still $75. Poor customer service at best. Oh and it was only 7pm. How does a pizza place run out of ALL toppings by 7pm on a Monday night? No apology. No attempt to make it better. It was a terrible experience.
