  Ich möchte einen Mitarbeiter bei McDonald’s besonders hervorheben: Er trug eine Brille, war sehr höflich, hat immer gelächelt und eine äußerst freundliche Ausstrahlung gehabt. Sein respektvoller Umgang hat den Besuch wirklich angenehm gemacht – toller Service!

  One of the WORST staff members I have ever seen so far, the lady manager was really rude and disrespectful and didn’t want to do her job even though she is a manager, as well as her other associate was very disrespectful and slammed the window at me while I was still talking to her, if you work like that with costumer services sorry this is not for you if your gonna treat everyone like poorly and very disrespectful

  If I could give I 0 stars to this service I would ,I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s today. My friends and I stopped by on our way to the beach, and from the start, the service was unprofessional. At the first window, the manager was rude and dismissive when we asked her to repeat our order—her tone was unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable. When we got to the pickup window, things got even worse. I politely asked for ranch since there were four of us, and the employee responded with attitude, insisting she had already given some (which she hadn’t). When she finally gave more, it was only one extra, still not enough. To top it off, she slammed the window door in my face. Customer service like this is unacceptable. No one expects perfection, but basic respect and courtesy should be a given. This experience completely ruined what should’ve been a quick, easy stop.

  This McDonalds is much better than you would expect from the ratings. We were hungry after a long drive, so we gave it a chance. Staff was friendly, location clean and we got our burgers after a short waiting time - they were fresh prepared and the meat was not only warm but hot. Do I expect more from a McDonalds? No.
