  They had flies all over the donuts that were sitting in display. Flies flying over the counter tops and everywhere. Not very friendly service. Ewww we went somewhere else.

  Its incredibly rare for me to give a 1 star. I am not a mean person. However I am autistic and I have food aversions. I ordered wake up wraps without cheese. I got my order with cheese. Which is fine, it happens and my boyfriend took it back in to have it remade without cheese cause it's texture thing for me. It happens and it's no big deal. They remade it and sent him back out. What we got was burned wraps. They were like crunchy tacos. I can't eat those either both due to texture and painful tooth/gums. Again, not mad. We are just human. My boyfriend went in again and tried to explain it and they told him without cheese they get burned. Despite having severe social anxiety, I went in to try and better explain it. My BF doesn't understand Spanish but I understand some of it and they insulted and complained about me the whole time. When they finally came over to talk to me I politely explained the issue and they said again they will remake them and burn them again cause that's how they make them without cheese. I said that other Dunkins make it without burning and she snapped "well Marathon dunkin can't make it right for you". At this point I put my sunglasses back on cause I could feel the tears coming and my anxiety spiking. I said I am not trying to be rude. I just need them made without cheese and not burnt. So she said "what if we cooked them for less time". Which is likely how the other Dunkins do it without being mean as hell about it. They need some sensitivity training or something. Not every complaint is a Karen. Seeing the other reviews now, I clearly am not alone.

  They have the nerve to say no more bacon for the day.. I’ve never heard of a dunkin who says they aren’t cooking anymore bacon.. it gives lazy.

  We pulled up to the drive-through waited at the speaker for about five minutes. There was no sound. We couldn’t hear anybody we were asking so we pulled up waited for the car in front of us to get their drinks and then the server was very rude and told us we could only order at the speaker. They said the speaker is working. We should’ve just waited so we left and didn’t get a drink so I can’t tell you if it was any good, but based on the attitude of the employees, maybe not.
