- PMPhilip MahoneyJun 15, 20261.0Whoever is working the afternoon shift taking orders, needs to be attentive and listen carefully especially with drive thru orders. 2 times in a row my order is wrong. I immediately know taking one sip it’s the wrong milk and some people can’t have dairy because of health reasons. Corporate needs to do a better job of the hiring process. It’s sad to see the quality of people with work and obviously don’t care for the job when there’s people out there that deserve a job. Quality of customer service EVERYWHERE has obviously went downhill after 2020. The food was cold and this is around $15-$20 per order. Great way to take money from people and not get what was requested. Come on, Dunkin. Get your donuts together.

I asked for an iced cappuccino with sugar free vanilla and skim milk and was given a blended drink. When I kindly brought this to her attention, she told me that I was wrong and that an iced cappuccino is in fact blended. She said everyone else who ever made me one was wrong as well. Then she proceeds to tell me what I actually want is an iced coffee and goes on to make one with regular vanilla syrup and cream…. Ok. Never again

The coffee smelled burnt but I took it anyways then decided to take it back once I couldn’t taste anything sweet so the coffee was made wrong . Richard was nice but too seasoned to allow that coffee to be given out like that . If you notice what I paid vs what I got back tried to explain but wasn’t heard . The Dunkin’ Donuts on Lee rd never disappoints and cheaper as you can see in the photos . Nobody ever reached out last time I wrote a review poor customer service

First, as I ordered a large coffee with cream and sweetener, (Simple enough) she seemed confused as to what I was talking about. This was not surprising because she appeared to be preoccupied with something else going on in the background rather than being bothered with taking my order. Then she came back with an iced coffee. I politely let her know I wanted a hot, not iced, coffee. She then returned with a medium coffee. When I asked if this was the large size, she responded with "I don't know. I didn't pour it." Everything about her implied she had absolutely no training and there is no way she should be in customer service with her attitude.
