I drove up to the drive through and realized they didn't have a list of donuts on their menu (which I wouldn't know because I never come). When I asked for a moment to consider what I wanted, the cashier audibly sighed into the microphone. I pulled out of the drive through, went inside, and realized that they only had three donuts, so I just left. Maybe don't audibly sigh into the microphone when the customer politely asks to have a moment to think? I probably won't be back, based on the other reviews I read here.
- SSSeems!Feb 26, 20264.0Walked in store to a loud blunt shout of "I'll be with you in a minute okay" , think Manager forgot he was wearing headphones for the drive through window. They were more geared to that than walk in customers. Coffee ok though!
