  For my beautiful aunt we came to eat to Bubba Gump, we had reservations in another place but end up coming here due to good reviews. We told them in the last minute for 30 people last minute. They were very welcoming, lots of respect to all our guess that came from NY, PA, CT, and Orlando. Our server Kelsea was so respectful and so friendly. I was so surprised she got all the food right, what I love is that she offered to serve the children food first. Kelsea was so attend to all the weeding party. Food was so good. Well prepare. I will recommend it to all our freinds and family. The manager came also and greet us, very pleased with all the services.

  I have to say Madison and Lexus are saints. The last few times I’ve been down the food has been below par. This visit took the cake, these poor ladies manning the bar putting out one fire after another. As usual the place is packed and the wait for a table is astronomical. So as we do, we sit at the bar and order our food and drinks. The people beside us did the same and the group beside them as well. Every meal that came out was made wrong or included something it shouldn’t. These ladies took the complaints over and over and helped make everyone happy. The kitchen staff needs to pull it together especially with communication. Never notifying the ladies that they were no longer out of crab. The lady beside me wanted crab was told there was none and to her dismay she seen a table get crab after already ordering something else. The other side had added broccoli to their meal that doesn’t even come with broccoli. And the customer was allergic and had to wait for her food all over again. Chips with our queso was stale, my corn was expired. Food was terrible. The service from these women was incredible. I would only ever come back for drinks at this point. Really sad as this was tradition when coming back to the condo.

  We visited this Bubba Gump location with five Hungry folks. We were seated in a booth, that was around a corner from the bar, not that far from the main part of the restaurant. Our server came by a few minutes later and advised she had to “close out” a table and would be with us in a few minutes. Ten minutes later she came back to get our drink orders. After bringing our drinks we were all ready to order and placed our orders. The food didn’t take all that long to come out and was delivered by another server/employee. Our server stopped by only long enough to acknowledge that we had gotten our food. That was the last time we saw her. We were never informed about the license plate signal system but, having eaten at Bubba Gump restaurants before, I knew that if you needed anything you flip the Stop Forrest plate over. Well we did just that and after 20 minutes of no one stopping I flagged another server down and asked her to get our server. Still no one came by so I again asked the same server to get us a manager. Four of our group got up to leave while I waited for the manager. They observed our server talking with several others near the bar and noted that the restaurant was nearly empty. 10 minutes later our server shows up with the lame excuse that she was busy doing Trivia at another table. I asked for the bill at that time. We never got refills on our drinks, nor had anyone ask about how our food was or if we needed anything. When the manager did finally show up I explained all the problems we had with the service or “Lack of Service”. Of course she was sorry that we had experienced this and wanted to get us to come back again so they could make it up yo us.I explained that we were from out of state and would not be back this way before we returned home. She did adjust my bill a bit for the inconvenience. I used to visit this location years ago when I lived in Florida but will be certain to never return to this location again.

  Food was okay.. I ordered fish and chips.. super skimpy on the French fries. They were definitely hand cut .. but super dry.. def re heated.. the fish was over cooked and more batter then fish .. was very dry without tartar and hot sauce .. only 7 tables of people it was not busy .. we waited over 50 minutes for our food .. watress was sweet but said after 35 minutes food will be out in 5 minutes.. didnt come out for another 15 minutes .. and mind you it was scorching hot in there . No A/C put us at the window sun was beaming . We asked to put the shades down they did but that did nothing.. manager said we have had issues and a/c isn't working and just making excuses . Used the excuse of change of shift for the wait of our food when a group of people csme in 15 minutes after the 3 of us and they got their food first

  It started out as a terrible experience. We stood at the kiosk for a while with employees just walking by. There were only two tables seated. The manager was at the bar talking with a few employees, probably 15’ from us standing there. As I got on Google to find another place, a guy I hadn’t seen asked if we’d been taken care of. I told him that we were probably leaving since nobody acknowledged us. He promised he’d make sure we were taken good care of and that’s exactly what he did. He was actually our waiter and very good at his job! He was funny and made sure my picky eaters got exactly what they wanted. Our food was so good that we came back two nights later. Our waiters name was Dylan G, and I hope he gets the credit he deserves. We went from about to leave to spending over $300 there, and leaving happy. Thank you for making some Arkansas folk’s trip even better.
