    We ordered food from here today it was so nasty 4/29 about 2:30 the drinks were was nasty to the cup smell like bleach . It was take out please teach your employees how to fix food the right way .not just slap it together

    am a regular customer at the Sonic in Lynn Haven, FL (Store #11834), visiting 3–4 times per week and consistently supporting this location. On 04/22/26 around 12:11 PM (Drive Thru, Order #1), my order was incorrect. When I called the store, I spoke with a manager named Joshua. His response was completely unacceptable. He told me “mistakes happen” and offered no solution other than driving back to the store. When I asked if anything could be done to make it right for the inconvenience, he said, “I don’t give out free food,” in a dismissive and rude tone. That is not customer service — that is disregard for a paying, loyal customer’s time. I am not upset about a mistake. I am upset about the lack of accountability and the unwillingness to resolve a simple issue. A replacement, credit, or even a basic apology would have been appropriate. Instead, I was met with indifference. This is especially disappointing because this location has always been excellent, particularly the lunch manager who is usually there. This experience does not reflect the standard I’ve come to expect. If this is how customer issues are handled moving forward, I will take my business elsewhere and stop recommending this location.

    Krista is the most friendliest sonic employee I’ve ever met. She would be a valuable asset as a trainer especially on the beach!
