  This will be the last time I use delivery for this store. I placed an order at 11:55 am, online, via store's webpage, for a later delivery at 4:30 pm, same day. The order was simple...1 medium, one-topping pizza and an order of 10 mini Cinnabuns. Total charge was $24.97, that included a $5 tip for the driver. Around 4:05 pm I checked the status of my order and it showed that it wasn't even in the oven yet. It finally got in the oven around 4:15. It still showed as being in the oven at 4:45 pm. Around 5 pm I get a message saying that they have assigned my pizza to a DoorDash driver in order to get my pizza to me quicker. Quicker? I did not order through DoorDash originally. I instructed Pizza Hut to have the driver place my order on the table outside my front door. When the driver showed up around 5:20 pm, he place the order on the table, and left. When I brought the order in and looked at the receipt, it showed a total credit card charge of $19.97. Down at the bottom of the receipt, were the words "Driver gratuity not included" My credit card account shows a charge of $24.97. I left no additional tip for the DoorDash driver, so I have no idea if he (David) received the $5 tip I paid to PH. Bottom line, my pizza was 50 minutes late, and barely warm. Dominoes, here I come. EDIT: So today I received an email from Pizza Hut, apologizing for the late delivery. They want to make it up to me by offering me a free, large pizza. Impressive, right?! So I start to order the pizza, enter the code they provided in order to get it free, and here is the message I got when I got to the checkout section, "The current cart total of $0.00 does not meet the minimum total required of $11.99. Please add more items to your cart." That's $11.99, in addition to another $4.99 delivery charge. $16.98 for my "free" pizza. WHAT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do they actually think I'm that stupid?

  This pizza at pizza hut is phenomenal my favorite would be large hand tossed pepperoni and pineapple Ive been eating at pizza hut for quite a long time it is my all time favorite pizza the staff there is nice respectful and they are very fast at getting the food out I love fast service thank you pizza hut for all your hard work

  Got a huge meal for my family the staff was amazing and friendly definitely coming here again 😉
