  Store location is supposed to close at 12am but they've been closing at 10:30pm instead. Closing 1hour and 30min before actual store close time is against policy.

  The owners need to improve the entire establishment. The consumer is paying a high amount for their food, atmosphere and employees salaries. This establishment was completely filthy. Food debris everywhere, stained chairs, horrible customer service. I ordered a regular hamburger, small fry and small drink. The fries were cold and old. The hamburger meat was old & tough along with the bun. The drink station was filthy and out of ice. What is the owner along with management doing to improve this establishment? Look at all the negative reviews. If the owners are not willing to conduct a better experience at this establishment. Then maybe they should close up shop. Totally unacceptable for the customer.

  On Saturday night I was the only person in line and ordered a QP meal. Got home and decided to eat . Upon my first bite I realized this sandwich is really thin . They did throw in a free cookie because I waited 15 mins for my food but I don’t think that is equal to a burger patty being a quarter of the original size.

  Food was no like use to be Service was bad , don’t take any orders looks like everybody is in a break time Playground dirty all floor spills with drinks and food and this are is where all the kids play , it was sticky floor dirty tables I told the people working there and is like again they are in a break So the place was with spills drinks and food They don’t want to clean and after looking this I don’t know how was the kitchen No manager o personal in charge Good place to work if you don’t want to do anything Feel like reporting to the health department
