- EEEmilyJul 16, 20264.0First time ever making a review. I wanna start off by saying that the two guys that work nights are amazing. They always get my order correct they always make the coffee good. They are amazing and super friendly. I’m mainly putting a review because every single time I go here during the day, this new girl has been nothing but rude every single time I go through drive thru. The first time my coffee ever tasted absolutely horrible, watery, and bitter. I asked for a refund and she insisted on remaking it, she remade it and it tasted worse. Then I asked for a refund again and since I paid with tap pay, apparently I couldn’t get a refund. I asked her if she could just give me a cash refund and she said “I can but it’s gonna come out of my pocket.” In a snippy way, she gave me the refund and then I left without a coffee. The next time it happened again, she ended up making my coffee. It tasted absolutely horrible again and I asked for it to be remade. Somebody else remade it, and it tasted exactly how I like it. Today I went in drive-thru I ordered my usual coffee and I ended up ordering a sandwich and hashbrowns too, well right as I used my tap pay she told me that they don’t have croissants, I asked for a refund. why wouldn’t they just tell me they didn’t have any before they made me pay for it? Again I have tap pay and she got upset about it, She gave me a cash refund only for the sandwich and I know how much my coffee is because I go there almost every single day and I told her that I was missing some of the money and it was because she only refunded me the sandwich, I asked her if she could refund the hashbrowns too because there’s no point of having them without a sandwich. She gave me a snippy attitude and said “well you didn’t tell me that.” Proceeded to have an attitude as I was leaving drive-thru. This girl ruins my morning every single time that I see her there. Other than that, I always go to this Dunkin because everybody else is amazing and they always make my coffee right.
