  Last night I when to get my a drink with my daughter and I requested her the one without energy (caffeine) since she’s 7. She started shaking badly and I realized they put caffeine in hers as well. They need to pay more attention to the way they make the drinks.

  Visited the first time for a promotion today and won’t be going back. I ordered insanely simple drinks and every employee they had must have been working but I still waited over 45 minutes in total. When waiting on the street, one employee motioned for me to pull into the lot while another stepped in front of my car without even glancing at the road first. The employee at the entrance of the lot put us in one of two lines and the car behind us was told to go in the other. The line they were put in had obviously been moving at a faster pace for an extended period of time. I watched that car behind me get through the line in under 5 minutes while I sat and waited for over 30 minutes to get through. When I asked an employee why only one line was moving she made it clear that each bar works on separate lines and doesn’t support the other side. Since there was a big order in front of me, I was stuck waiting while I watched tray after tray be ran out to the line next to me with people who had been there less than half the time I had. On top of that, when I got to the window the employee had no idea what my order was even though the full tray of drinks was sitting in front of him. It seemed like he may have been training with how much help he needed - on a promotion day is a crazy choice. Although if he wasn’t training, that’s a completely different issue. But he definitely contributed to the lack of speed of the line. After telling him my order a couple times and finally getting my tray, I went to leave and an employee ran out in front of my car without even looking before crossing the lane. Cherry on top! So basically if you’re put in the wrong line, you’re screwed and stuck there because they don’t have the awareness to communicate and support balanced service across all customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place because there’s clearly not any consistency in the experience you can expect. And also, their employees need to learn to look for moving vehicles before just stepping in the road.

  I love 7brew but hate that they pack the cup with 90% ice and 10% of the drink, if you ask for no ice it’s still only half the cup and then they charge you to fill the cup with the drink.
