Had a great experience at Scarpino's Italian Restaurant. The fried zucchini appetizer was excellent perfectly crispy on the outside while still tender inside, and the flavor was fresh instead of greasy like a lot of places. The penne portobello sausage was also outstanding. The sausage had a great savory kick, and the portobello mushrooms added a rich flavor that balanced the dish really well. Portions were generous, the food came out hot, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. Definitely a place worth coming back to for quality Italian food.

Visited on Mother's day weekend. Restaurant was super busy and packed. The salads were really good. The appetizers came out not as expected but our server notified the manager who came to our table right away and brought us new ones and removed from check. That says a lot and we appreciated that gesture. The sauce was phenomenal. I had chicken parm that was really good chewy chz or maybe too much idk. She had chicken marsala that was very tasty. The pizza was also delicious. The table side fettuccine preparation was cool to see. We will return hopefully on a less busy time. Deserts were good also

First, the good: service was the star for us at Scarpino’s. We had a bigger group on a busy night and everyone from the server to the hostess was extremely kind and accommodating, even though we were not the easiest to accommodate! The restaurant is also decorated well; it’s clean and bright, modern and refreshed. The ambiance is quiet and romantic, so I’d think this would be a good place for a date night. They also had gluten free pizza as an option, which we particularly appreciate, and the reason I’m giving them 4 stars over 3. The less desirable part comes in with the food. It’s good, don’t get me wrong. I think most people who are used to eating Italian food here in the States would enjoy it. And that’s not to be snobby, but you need to know that when you see traditional dishes like Cacio e Pepe or Amatriciana on the menu, just know that they’re not prepared in a traditional manner. To be fair, we didn’t have either, but saw that the Cacio e Pepe is finished table side in a cheese wheel, which would impress anyone but an actual Italian haha. Also, they have several dishes that are inexplicably lit on fire table side before serving. Those things maybe make a nice show, but are signs that the food itself isn’t good enough to stand on its own to command the price and earn a repeat visit. Speaking of the price, pasta dishes are, as I recall, all over $20 each, which is on the higher side for American Italian cuisine of this quality. Now, the portions are massive, so you could easily split an entree or have plenty of leftovers for the next day. To conclude, we all enjoyed the experience, despite the hefty layer of cheese on my lasagna, obviously frozen tiramisu, and pain to my wallet, and I would recommend this place, with caveats, because the majority of people I know would probably enjoy it.

We went to Scarpino’s Italian Restaurant for Mother's Day and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was spectacular — warm, inviting, and perfect for a family dinner. Manager Mija did an outstanding job and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. She treated us like family. Our waitress Wanda was attentive, friendly, and kept everything flowing smoothly. The food was HOT, fresh, and beyond delicious! The Chicken Parm,Pork Piccata, and Pancetta dishes were amazing, and the garlic bread was absolutely phenomenal — honestly some of the best we’ve had! We even brought our 6-year-old granddaughter, and she loved every minute of it too. Great food, amazing service, and a wonderful family-friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back.If you come ask for Mija and Wanda!

We had such a wonderful experience here for Mother’s Day weekend! Making reservations was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. The food was absolutely amazing, and our server, Wanda, made the experience even better. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind despite how busy the restaurant was. She took the time to help recommend food options for my son, which meant a lot. Wanda also recommended a delicious red wine (I believe Lambrusco?), and it was so good I had to order another! My whole family thoroughly enjoyed the evening, and the service truly stood out. We will absolutely be back again!
