  Today was a day that I had to work late and had my parents watching my kids. My first issue is my father order pizza for the kids a large cheese, medium pepperoni and bread sticks. $75 for that is absolutely ridiculous. Not mention the fact that It did not taste all that great. I will not be ordering from this company again.

  One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I waited over an hour for an order that was never even entered into the system!! When I arrived to pay/ pick up my order that’s when I found out what occurred. Management showed absolutely no concern, offered no apology, no discount, and no effort to fix the situation. Instead, they blamed their call center and acted as if their internal mistake was somehow my responsibility. I called the correct Pizza Hut location and placed my order exactly as instructed. The fact that the order was never received is completely out of my control. Rather than taking ownership of the problem, they pointed fingers and left me without a solution after wasting over an hour of my time. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care was shocking. If management can't be bothered to resolve an issue they caused, I don't see any reason to give this location my business again. Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere.
