- LMLyric MahdrofMay 3, 20262.0I gave it 2 stars because I spent 112 dollars and gave a tip. I ask for my pizza to be cut in squares and verified with the guy several times. N still did not get it in squares. My kids eat pizza a certain way otherwise they wont eat it. Then my NY style pizza was over cooked like it was warmed up and not cooked fresh. We got to the hotel which mind you is literally up the block and by the time we got to the room.oir food was not HOT!! I was very very disappointed. Customer service was great but I dont know what happened between the service I got up.front and the communication to the cook. But I was NOT SATISFIED. 2 large pizza wasted cuz my kids wont touch it and I dont have a knife to cut it and fix it. :(

Fast, friendly accurate and the employee I spoke to was so kind even though I know they have a busy evening and sold out of product he was really nice about it, I appreciate someone in a fast paced job on a busy day being able to keep their cool. I just moved here this year and I’m so happy to have such a great pizza hut near me!!

No, they did not do any of that as of today of March 16 2026 I would never ever come to this place ever again. I will drive out or go to Domino’s Papa John’s or Little Caesars or hungry Howie‘s before I ever spend my money at Pizzahut ever again.
