  I order 6 pies for a party there was a mistake with toppings, I was told that I could use a promo on my next order to get a discount. They gave me an invalid promo and said that had no record of my large order that I placed. I normally have a wonderful experience with this location. I’ve definitely purchased food from them more than twice but the records show only twice. Slightly disappointed because this is closest pizza to my house. I use to GM a pizza restaurant myself so I understand that hesitant on wanting to apply a discount when there’s no record of the mistake but it kind of just rubbed me the wrong way.

  SERIOUS FOOD SAFETY CONCERN I am writing to formally report an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience that my family and I had at the Papa Johns location in Land O’ Lakes, Florida,, at approximately 11:15 PM. We placed an order for three pizzas. One of the pizzas was specifically ordered with black olives only, and another was ordered as a Buffalo Chicken pizza. During the ordering process, I clearly and explicitly told the employee that we do not eat pork because we are Muslim. This was not a vague request or something that could have been misunderstood. I specifically explained our religious dietary restriction. While I was placing the order, the employee appeared to be laughing and joking with another female employee. Given the circumstances, this made us extremely uncomfortable, especially because my sister was wearing a hijab and our Muslim identity was clearly apparent. When we received our order and checked the pizzas, we were shocked to discover that the chicken pizza appeared to contain pork/ham instead of, or in addition to, the chicken we had specifically requested. This is extremely serious to us. We specifically informed the employee that we are Muslim and that pork was absolutely not acceptable for religious reasons. Serving us pork after we clearly communicated this restriction is not something we can simply dismiss as a normal mistake. We felt disrespected, humiliated, and discriminated against because of our religion. What makes this situation even more concerning is the behavior we experienced while placing the order and the fact that our dietary restriction was explicitly communicated. We expect Papa Johns to take this complaint seriously, investigate exactly what happened at this location, review the order and employee records from approximately 11:15 PM, and determine how a pizza that we specifically requested without pork could have been prepared this way. We also expect an explanation regarding how this happened and what steps will be taken to ensure that Muslim customers and customers with religious dietary restrictions are treated with the same respect and care as everyone else. This was not simply a disappointing meal. Our religious beliefs were clearly communicated, and we trusted your restaurant to respect that request. That trust was seriously violated. I am requesting that management contact me regarding this incident and provide a formal response after investigating it. Location: Papa Johns – Land O’ Lakes, Florida Approximate time: 11:15 PM Order: Three pizzas, including black olives only and Buffalo Chicken Religious dietary restriction: No pork — explicitly communicated to the employee And I told the employee that my name is Mohammad and then he smirked at her and just told me to put how much I wanna tip and I didn’t tip because of there attitude and actions!. Then we went back the next day and the nicest employee told us that we should contact someone called “Dell”so here I am. I hope I see some actions taken against them! I don’t think that anyone should have go through this type of bullshit!!!!!!

  Came in the other evening and hands down best staff in any Papa John’s. Nate , Devin , Alex & Aiden were all friendly and accommodating. Never using any other store for my future pizza purchases. Thank you guys.

  Dannie AGM was great she called to confirm my large order for a work event I was throwing. She had the pizza ready fresh and helped me to the car. Not sure how they timed it to get all pizzas hot and ready all 35 of them but they did. Shout out to that team accommodating a large order!
