5 employees working in the kitchen, only 2 customers in an otherwise empty place, and we still waited 30 min for a simple meal. 😞 They completely messed up the 2nd person’s order. Extremely inefficient and unorganized staff. Very disappointing experience.

Last night, my son and I had excellent service. He wanted to come back because he's trying to collect the whole series of Godzilla figures. The carbonation is off in their machine. When asked to replace my drink since it was off, I was told that it would just come out the same way. The fries had been sitting there for awhile because they were ice cold. My son asked them for new ones, so they took the tray, walked over to the fry station and came right back-- still cold. ( Thank goodness my son doesn't mind cold fries. ) I had a quarter pounder with cheese. (Yes, I know the deal with them, but I needed something to eat.--I should have just stayed hungry.) The burger patties were burnt because they had re-grilled them. I just smothered them in mustard to take away the bad taste. My son was hoping to get Rodan, but the employees ignored him when he tried to ask them if he switched. When I went up with him and asked, they refused to look through the box to see if maybe they had one hidden away somewhere. I could see if they had been really busy, but they're were just a few of us waiting for our food. I'm very disappointed in how this location has gone downhill--again. It was doing so much better and now we're at the bottom of the barrel again.

Came through drive-thru ordered a frappe and cookie. The line was not moving, I come inside everybody including the manager looking at this video on someone's phone all together. The whole crew is Spanish speaking and unorganized. Just shut the place down

⭐️ 1 Star — Absolutely Unacceptable Customer Service I have never seen someone make taking care of customers look so difficult. I waited approximately 30 minutes for a DoorDash order, while the blonde employee stood around complaining about how much work she had to do. She was drinking soda, complaining to the other employee, and making sure everyone in the lobby could hear how much she apparently hated doing her job. The worst part? She couldn’t even be bothered to face the customers or explain what was happening. Instead, customers were left standing there wondering what was going on while she complained about having to make burgers and handle the drive-through. The other employee didn’t seem to know what was going on either and mostly just stood there listening. Being busy is understandable. Being disrespectful, complaining in front of customers, and making zero effort to communicate is not. If doing the basic responsibilities of the job feels that unbearable, maybe a customer-service position simply isn’t the right job. Management needs to seriously look at the teamwork and attitude at this location. If corporate walked in during that shift and saw what customers were seeing, I doubt they would be impressed. Customers are not the problem. Your attitude is.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. The manager, Jorge, was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment I asked about the BT21 toys. I was simply trying to purchase the toys for my baby, but instead of checking what was available, he immediately told me they "don't do that" and that he would "get in trouble." He then claimed they didn't have any toys. While I was still waiting for assistance, Jorge began helping another customer before finishing with me. The customer even had to point out that I had been waiting first. Only after that did he finally check and come back to tell me they actually had two toys available, proving that he could have checked from the beginning. I was holding my baby throughout this entire interaction, and the lack of respect, courtesy, and basic customer service was unacceptable. When I asked to speak with the manager, Jorge told me that he was the manager, which made the situation even more disappointing. A manager should set the standard for customer service, not create a hostile and dismissive experience for paying customers. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable I simply wanted to know which toys were available so I could buy one. Instead, I was treated as though I was inconveniencing him. he also mentioned that they don’t sell the toys by itself when clearly I’ve been collecting them!! If this is how management treats customers, this location has a serious customer service problem. I hope McDonald's corporate reviews this experience and provides the training and accountability needed to ensure customers are treated with respect.
