Horrible customer service. Today, May 19th 2026, I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this drive-thru. I ordered a coffee and ended up waiting for over 20 minutes. After that long wait, an employee finally came out just to tell me they were out of caramel and asked me to choose something else. To make matters worse, I had to wait another 10+ minutes just to get the replacement. Spending over 30 minutes in a drive-thru for a single coffee due to poor management and terrible teamwork is completely unacceptable. Highly disorganized and disrespectful of customers' time.
I waited in line in the drive-through for over 30 minutes and when I asked to speak to a manager, the teenager was smug. Got me the manager and the manager told me that they could either give me a number to complain or give me a discount, but they couldn’t do both.. Shady, horrible customer service.

Took over 10 minutes to get our food, even though it was pretty much empty. When it came, the fries were cold and limp. Chicken strips were warm, but also limp.
As my father once said, thank goodness it‘s not fast food cause that would be unhealthy!
But, to be fair, the ice cream was good, and the restrooms/table we sat at were mostly clean, with minor grease and food crumbs on the chairs.

I waited over 30 minutes just for a simple cone ice cream, which is unacceptable for fast food.
On top of that, my order was completely wrong. I asked for a Mango Pineapple Refresher, but instead received something totally different (a mango smoothie). No apology, no effort to fix it properly.
The service was extremely slow and unorganized. Staff didn’t seem to care about wait times or order accuracy.
Overall, the service here is very poor. Definitely needs improvement in both speed and customer service.

Terrible service experience still here for 15 minutes And no one even acknowledged that I was here. I had to call across the employee area to someone who was about 20 feet away to ask for help. She did that thing looking thing at me and then said something I think she said she would be there in 1 minute, But lo and behold she didn't actually ever speak to me she did speak to the other people at the counter that were next to me though she still never even spoke to me never even acknowledged that I was there then I spoke to the manager I was here for about 30 minutes total before I walked out the door
