Achievement Earned: Dungeon Overseer of Hospitality Reward: +500 Team Morale, +25 Customer Happiness, and one rare emotional support chicken (non-combat companion). Entering this establishment felt less like walking into a restaurant and more like entering a safe zone in the middle of Floor 7. Chaos lurks outside, but Bonnie runs the place with the calm precision of someone who has survived boss fights, surprise mimic attacks, and at least three emotionally unstable goblin uprisings. She somehow manages the impossible quest chain of keeping customers happy, supporting her team, and making everyone feel welcome. The staff clearly respects her, the atmosphere reflects it, and that kind of leadership buff doesn't happen by accident. Final rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Warning: Extended exposure to Bonnie's management abilities may cause side effects including repeat visits, improved moods, and saying, “Wow, that was actually a great experience,” after leaving the dungeon.

  Went for a field trip with my son. They had a decent variety of games; the laser tag arena was really cool, especially because it’s two stories. Worst part was that we waited in line for food for over half an hour. I’m sure this isn’t typical, but it just seemed like poor planning on main events side since they only had 1 person working the food counter, and our field trip included slices of pizza.

  We were here for a field trip and there were many other field trips there as well considering this, there was very minimal staff. Soda spills and over flowing trash cans often. If you were ordering food outside of what is included in the field trip it was a long wait. Lines at the Laser tag and Zip line thing were chaotic with kids cutting and pushing and since there were only a few staff, the attendants were busy running the attraction and couldn’t keep the lines organized. The kids had a lot of fun and I’m sure it’s great on a normal day/time when there is an appropriate amount of staff per number of customers.

  Absolute jaw dropping customer service. The atmosphere was amazing and our server. Adriana was quick and informative and gave plenty of tips and tricks on how to maximize our time. Bonnie made sure that we were well taken care of. It was an absolute experience and a great sendoff for our teammate. Thank you main event of Wesley Chapel. You made his last day special.

  We booked our sons 5th birthday party here in April and I cannot express how amazing the ENTIRE event staff at this place are. Thank you!!! Cause I dropped the cake ya'll!!! Yep. My son's birthday cake. Uh huh. I dropped it getting out of the stinkin truck. I froze. Tears immediately filled my eyes. My husband took control cause I couldn't move. But Bonnie who took my hands when she noticed my tears and said, no ma'am, there will be none of that. We've already got a plan in motion. & Nykiah, who hosted this event PERFECTLY. Our guests loved you! And the angel who drove to replace the cake and the other angel who arranged the new cake using cupcakes to look better than the store bought cake...yall are amazing and truly saved the day for me. If I didn't tell anyone, they would not have known what happened!! Thank you. Thank you! Thank you!
