  Ordered 2 burger plates and 2 orders of wings with fries. Sweet potato fries undercooked, left them all couldn’t even eat them. The wings were saggy. The seasoned fries were cold. Will not be returning at all!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Service slow and not very friendly

  We actually didn't eat here, but everything else was fantastic. Our kids had a blast and it has a nice bar for the adults to hang out in if they dont want to follow their older kids around.

  We had a party last night for my daughter after a certain time they tell you you have to move your belongings to a certain area we do that and had our stuff stolen after thinking our stuff is secured since we were told by staff to move our belongings to that area they also had a fight that bumped into my 9 yo and security never stepped in and the bathrooms were disgusting would never go back talked to management last night and they still have yet to call me and give a reasonable solution

  Me and my friends have been coming to Main Event for some time and always had fun. Until recently. We came back, re-using a card that we had from last time. The cheapest price for credits was $40, which seems kinda high when every single game is 7.5 credits. So we load up our card and go to play a game...and its broken. It was that ball game where you try to catch all 50 balls, except they'd sometimes fall even if you didnt press the button to drop them, so you can't win the jackpot no matter what. The machine used to play music too that could help you time the drops, music wasn't playing anymore. Alright, one bad game, it happens. So we tried another game, throw some balls and knock down the clowns that pop up. There were 2 stations. One station took our credits but never dropped the balls. The other side, one of the targets wouldn't pop up, so you can't win the jackpot on that game either since you can't knock down all the targets. Strike two. Second game in a row. Alright, so we got scammed by two games twice in a row, but you know whats always fun? Air hockey! We swipe our card, we get the puck....and theres no hand sticks. We steal some from a different table and start playing. All goes well, having a good time....until the puck gets stuck. Game is still running, but the puck wont drop down fully. We go to get a worker to get the puck for us, and tell him about the other 2 games that were broken. He opens the air hockey game and theres like, 3 pucks stuck in the machine, meaning this has happened to at least two other people. By the time he fixed it and we started playing again, the game timed out. So we go to the front and ask for our credits back at least. Front says they can't do it, the back can. We go to the back, they say the front desk handles that. Great. After some deliberation, we decided we didnt even want the credits back and wanted our money back. I hate asking for refunds but $40 for a bunch of unplayable games is unacceptable. Took us a while to track down an actual manager since, of course, the blue shirts in the front desk and back prize area both claimed they couldn't do it, but the other side could. When asked why so many games were broken, (nevermind that they didn't put any of these games out of commission so they'll continue scamming people) the only explanation was "After summer our budget goes to zero." Cool. Well after an experience that bad my Main Event budget goes to zero too. Very bad experience, will definitely not be returning. Very disappointing, I always had fun there until recently.

  I recently organized a bowling event at Main Event for my school, which included almost 80 parents and children on a Monday morning. There was a mixup with the time and the manager, Bonnie Jenkins, handled everything seamlessly. She accommodated us without hesitation and did it all with a smile. After we were set, she even followed up by checking on us to see if we needed anything and if she could further serve us. Bonnie is a gem and made our experience amazing! Way to go Main Event for hiring someone so incredible.
