- ATA TJul 3, 20262.0We hosted our daughter's birthday party here and it was extremely disorganized. I felt like I had to keep the timing of everything instead of the host doing it. Myself and some of the other parents at our table were bussing the dishes to make room for having cake. They were behind on timing for the ropes course so we had to wait and then when we got there, they tried to tell us we wouldn't get our full time. The pizza was extremely subpar too. This may be okay for an afternoon out but I would NOT recommend spending your money here for a party.

She asked an employee about the coins in the coin drop and if they convert to tickets and the employee told her not to play the games he was trying to close instead of helping her. The lights cut on and the music shut off abruptly before closing time and made us feel like we needed to rush out of there before midnight. I understand staff wants to leave as soon as possible, but at least give paying customers until closing time before shutting everything down.

I spoke to Rick before my reservation to ask if it was possible to get seating near the bar (that they usually don’t reserve) for my 20+ guests. He told me that he would do everything he could to make it happen… and he did! Our server Nic was great! He was EXTREMELY patient, friendly and polite with the chaos of all of us ordering and having his tablet malfunction. He was also serving other tables, but throughout, he remained so composed. The staff that helped serve the food were also very patient with figuring out who ordered what. Then there is Brittin who helped me with my summer passes and getting bowling lanes. Also very calm and composed. She did an outstanding job arranging for three consecutive lanes for us, not once looking annoyed when I would ask for updates. Thank you also to Robert who served us our drinks on the lanes… it was a bit chaotic with us trying to order and bowl… but you kept your cool! Our guests had a lot of fun!
