- MCMelissa Ceyrolles3 days ago3.0There are two fake order speakers and I think this is because there are supposed to be people outside taking orders but the people are not always there. Also the breakfast sandwiches are extremely overpriced. If you order online be careful; it auto ads tips. So let me get this straight, I have to tip in order to buy from you? Whoever is responding to these comments needs training. You don't tell people send your feedback somewhere else. You take that feedback and return it where it needs to go. When the coffee is good, it is good. The issue is when it's not.
- KGKathy GassenJun 27, 20261.0Well, you certainly aren’t getting your coffee from trained baristas. There is no consistency in their drinks. What was delicious one time will taste totally different the next time. The last set of drinks we bought was the final time we will go. The latte was so milky you couldn’t tell there was any espresso. (I still question if there was). The vanilla cold brew with “light” cream was the most watered down weak coffee I’ve ever tasted. When you drive up to the window it’s absolute chaos of everyone questioning what is being made and who has what. I really wanted an alternative to Starbucks but this certainly is NOT it.

I can’t say the same about here, Sommer was the one who took our order and she did not make anyone in my group feel welcome. I hope she can get some more training to be more hospitable. I’m disappointed. She also got our order wrong and didn’t read any of back to us.

Feels good to know that this business is always contributing to a positive mission. Staff is so friendly and fast. Some of my favorite days start with Dutch Bros 😋
- KNkitara nevilJun 12, 20263.0Something about the drinks is off. The proportion is often overly milky and lacks coffee and syrup flavor. Every blue moon I’ll get a good one. I been going to Dutch for a decade from when I lived in Arizona and this one seems to miss the mark. Maybe I’m latte breve snob as I have my own machine a most days make my own but we have been moving and it’s the closest thing.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
