    Katie D has made coming to Dutch Bros that much better!!! I already love the coffee and the food items and surprise sticker drops, but Katie Ds customer service and friendly atmosphere just elevets the experience. The whole crew is wonderful and so nice but some people just stand out and for my family and I that person is Katie D! So keep her close Dutch Bros!!!!!!!!

    Drive-through attendants are walking away before giving me the option to add tip and adding it themselves. This has happened 3 of the last 4 times I’ve been there

    I went to get a drink this morning after having a absolute terrible morning. Paris took my order and I just want to say she is hands down one of the best most kindest gentle hearted person you could ever meet she took the time out of her day to listen to what I had to say and even covered my drink for the day. 5/5 stars for the store management for teaching their employees to respect other and have great customer service. Thank you so much Paris!!

    I absolutely love this place , this is bye far the best customer service coffee shop i have ever been to , puts the “other coffee shop” to shame . The staff at Dutch is unbelievable , they are very attentive to customers and orders , the line could be wrapped around the corner and the staff does such an amazing job at managing the line and taking orders immediately that the wait is almost like pulling up and being first in line , coffee is made so fast with the most consistence my order is always exactly the same every single time guaranteed.. I want to especially give the upmost accolades to a couple of the staff , Alex and Emily have been amazing they have unrivaled positive personalities and are always professional these two BRORISTAS are half the reason I visit on a daily basis and most days a bi-daily basis. Based on the staff and service and quality of product I will forever be a customer of this amazing establishment.

    Stopped by yesterday for a quick drive-through coffee. From the girl who walked to the car with the iPad to take our order to the girls who prepared it the Customer Service was exceptional!! Especially the girl at the window! Her smile was infectious. I don’t know how it could not influence your day with joy and just truly the over-the-top kindness will make me drive out of my way 25 miles to get coffee from this location!!
