  I went there, and they gave me a cup of hot chai tea with an unsecured lid. It spilled all over. I was calling for the window attendant for some napkins, but they ignored me. I finally grabbed another person's attention, and he handed me the napkins. I returned everything to them and asked for a refund, but they said they couldn't refund me because the manager was not on site. I was burnt on my leg. I called them and reported it. The manager called me after a few days. I was in a meeting, so I told him I would call him back. I called back and left a voicemail, as well as replying to the email, but I never heard back. I called Dunkin' again and asked, "Are you guys going to refund me?" They said they would have the store contact me, but I haven't heard from them to this day.

  This location needs some adult supervision ! I dined in this morning at 10 AM one person in the dining room no one else for workers standing around doing absolutely nothing took the order ahead of me. A black coffee got it wrong. Gave her an iced coffee didn’t call her name and she was confused on even where it was ! My experience six dollar chicken croissant and two bacon wake up wraps and an energy drink. decided to open it up. I saw that my croissant was absolutely burnt. Both sides black you could see the discoloration of it through the bag! After asked them if they could make another that was not burnt ! Made the worker who had made my sandwich aware of the situation chuckled, laughed like it wasn’t a big deal . After that interaction, I decided I wanted my money back for the sandwich and I no longer want to be inside of the store upon my return person who was gonna give me my return was a snarky, snide condescending worker, who also snickered and laugh when I asked him why they would do that they saw the sandwich before they put it in the bag no response I asked for the store number she did not know.During this interaction full staff members, laughing and acting like it was the funniest thing they’ve ever heard in their life disrespectful. Something needs to be done. Don’t visit the location. Don’t give these people your business. I don’t have a right reviews and you can look online. I’ve done three total in my whole life, but this needs to be said this Dukin needs to be either demolished like the Arby’s next to it or just totally staffed.

  Food is constantly messed up. Arrived at 9 pm, sat in the drive through and when pulled up to the window there was nobody behind the counter. While open.

  I entered the store while an employee was mopping, and the entire floor was wet. I mentioned that I felt uneasy walking across it and also didn’t want to interfere while she was actively cleaning. She responded with a long sigh and told me to go ahead. While I understand that cleaning is part of the job, it wasn’t closing time, and the response felt unnecessarily dismissive. Once at the counter, I waited several minutes before being acknowledged, despite there being two other employees present and no other customers in the store. I was confused by the delay. When someone finally assisted me, the overall interaction and customer service were very poor. Additionally, the doughnuts were not fresh and tasted stale. There is clearly an opportunity for improved customer service training. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.
