- MIMaha IsmailJun 28, 20261.0This place is awful worst experience ever first we waited 10 minutes in front of the counter to get attended the guy was counting money not even saying hey I need time after 10 minutes he took the order we got the coffee and we waited for the bagels for 30 minutes we asked were is the order they said oops we forgot… they gave us a donut as an apology first attempt we waited for 10 more minutes they got us a croissant with eggs and cheese .. we said the order is bagels not croissants with eggs and cheese … we waited another 10 minute second attempt bagels with eggs and bagels We said for the third time it’s bagels eggs and cheese … we waited another 10 minutes for the bagel for eggs and cheese that tasted like nothing Am not sure no the team hates the place So I waited almost 45 minutes for bagel eggs and cheese and we were the only one in the shop

Come in with a messed up attitude ready to ruin the next person day by being absolutely difficult. So confused on why I couldn’t place 2 orders or even add another coffee to the first order. What would have been the difference if I placed an order in the drive thru and then walked inside to place another order? Make it make sense. This the second Dunkin I’ve done experienced attitude and what they can’t do instead of what they can. The Dunkin on Fowler rushed me through my whole order then when I asked what’s the problem she told me I could leave.

The drinks and food are good, but the staff will ignore you if you are sitting at the counter, I’ve had to wait 10 minutes many times. I feel like 10 minutes is long to wait to order your food, especially being at a fast food restaurant. They prioritize the drive-through which I understand but they ignore everybody else that needs to take their order. Also, the staff is simply rude. I have gone in the morning and in the afternoon and in the morning, the staff seems miserable. It seems like they’re upset that they get no tips, but they are so rude to their customers. There’s no surprise. If you come in with more than 2 people be prepared to wait.
