  Ordered online, opened a few months ago near us, they were unable to complete the order because they were out of what was ordered. The nice kid asked his manager and they weren't going to make anymore (3hours before closing) and nobody could cancel the order. Tried online and they refused to refund the charge for food that was never received!! Way better customer service at Tijuana!!!!

  Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. This is by far the best chipotle experience I have ever had! Staff was really nice and had a smile on and the portions were the biggest I’ve ever had at a chipotle!

  I ordered here once and got diarrhea, full corn. That was gross. Accidentally ordered my online from here and was like welp let’s just re-try.. might’ve been a bad day. Woke up at 4am and threw it all up.

  There’s another Chipotle down the street that’s significantly better and actually tastes like Chipotle. This location tastes like leftovers that have been sitting in the refrigerator for a week. What’s funny is that I actually took a picture of my meal because I was planning to leave a positive review. When I glanced at the Google reviews beforehand and saw so many negative ones, I assumed people were overreacting. After receiving this order, I understand exactly why this location has the reputation it does. To be clear, I don’t think it’s fair when customers scream at employees over something minor like forgetting lettuce. However, food quality and food safety are entirely different issues. The ingredients in my burrito tasted old, stale, and as though they had been sitting out for hours. The chicken was so tough that I genuinely thought I had bitten into a piece of plastic at one point. This was, without question, the worst Chipotle order I have ever received. I ended up throwing the entire burrito away, which is something I have never done before at any Chipotle location. The management of this location should take a serious look at its food quality standards because whatever is happening here is not representative of the Chipotle brand.
