  Tonight was the 3rd time I've ordered using the app at this location, and the 3rd time they've gotten my order wrong. Everything about the bowl I ordered tonight was incorrect to the point that it was inedible. Ordered steak, received some nasty UNDERCOOKED honey(?) chicken. How hard is it to read off a screen, and toss it in a bowl? How hard is it to properly cook chicken, and double check it while you're cutting it up? They might as well go ahead and shut this place down, bulldoze the building, and just pretend it was never built...

  A+ I waited a month or 2 before visiting after opening day. My son had visited this spot twice. Our visit was fantastic. Staff was super polite, more than fair portions & of course a super clean spot since it’s new. Chicken tacos never disappoint. Large chips / salsa / large drink. We also ordered a burrito. Since been back for our first digital order. Super easy. I’d suggest using the app for points and/or ordering ahead. The spot has less parking than the Odessa location so keep that in mind. The line can get long as this is a great location.

  You guys are ridiculous that you require someone to order online to get your deals like Cinco de Mayo, free queso and chips. Or a BOGO grand opening deal?. Other fast food chains honor those in store. I placed my order at 6:11 for it to be ready at 6:30, and I still don't have it at 6:55. The takeout order area then becomes crowded, making it hard to meet time commitments. On the other hand, processing orders in-store helps with distribution and improves customer satisfaction. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?

  If I could rate this place a negative star review I would. I came to this location that is on my way home from work. I walked in and waited 10 minutes because the guy infront of me ordered 3 burritos and a bowl which is fine I knew it was dinner time it was going to be a longer wait. Once I approached the lady to take my order I noticed they were not doing adult quesadilla as an entree I was not aware of this change and asked the lady if she could make this entree for me this one time. The young lady said yes my coworker will be able to assist. Then the coworker proceeds to call her around the corner and the young lady come back to tell me that “actually she can’t do it this one time”. I asked so if I place the quesadilla order on the app you will make it but not while I’m here and already waited 15 minutes for me to place an order. I requested to speak to the manager and she said the manager is unavailable right now. I stated I could wait and proceeded to wait 10 minutes and then left. I know this location is known for being stingy with their portions but this was beyond the worst customer service I have ever received. Never again!!

  Eating behind the counter, undercooked beans, and rice that was extremely salty. Staff were talking with friends instead of taking orders, and one employee was wearing overhead headphones while working. Several items were also out during my visit, including berry Fresca, mild salsa, and fajita veggies. As a regular Chipotle customer and shareholder, I was disappointed with my first experience at this location. The atmosphere was good, and I’m glad to have a store here, but the service and food quality need improvement.
