- MPMaharsh PatelApr 24, 20261.0I’ve now had this happen to me TWICE at this location — I ordered two tortillas (paid $0.50 each) and only received one. Both times. This visit, my sister picked up the order. The employee even told her there should be two tortillas in the bag. She checked — there was only one. She went back to the counter to let them know, and instead of just fixing the mistake, the employee dismissed her and insisted the second one was in there. It wasn’t. What made it worse was how she was treated. From the sound of her voice when she called me, I could tell she felt completely ignored and brushed off. No one should leave a restaurant interaction feeling that way, especially when they’re calmly pointing out a simple mistake that the staff made. It’s $0.50. But it’s also the principle — if you charge for something, put it in the bag. And if a customer comes back with a concern, listen to them. The lack of basic customer communication here is really disappointing. Won’t be rushing back.
