  Smaller portions, unhappy line cooks, and did I mention smaller portions? Maybe it was just a free times I have witnessed this but something's not right from what I remember Chipotle to be live l like before.

  two young men made my bowl, Nathan made the second half of my bowl and he is absolute GOATED at his job, give him and the other young man a raise they slayed and made my bowl yum!

  I recently visited the Chipotle location in Lutz for lunch because I appreciate being able to order a protein-focused bowl that aligns with my nutrition goals. The staff members I interacted with were friendly, courteous, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience took a disappointing turn after I left the restaurant. The employee placed my bowl inside a handled carry bag after placing it in a non handled bag, once home, I noticed that the bowl was not positioned flat. During the drive home, the contents leaked causing the bowl to become completely deconstructed. The food and juices spilled throughout the bag and leaked onto my vehicle’s carpet. As a result, I was unable to enjoy the meal I had purchased. This was especially frustrating because I stopped specifically to get a meal that fit my dietary and training schedule, and I needed to eat within a certain timeframe. I attempted to contact the store twice after arriving home. The first call was routed through the answering service. Once it became clear that I was not trying to place an order, I was connected to the restaurant, but there was no answer. I found this surprising, as I was the only customer in the restaurant when I left. While I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the employees, the overall experience was disappointing due to the improper packaging, the ruined meal, and the inability to reach anyone at the store to address the issue. I hope management will review packaging procedures to help prevent similar situations for future customers. I will gladly accepted a replacement or even a return phone call.

  I truly experienced the worst attitude and customer service of my life at this location today. One employee was extremely disrespectful and rude throughout the entire interaction. She carried herself as if she absolutely hated her job — slamming bowls and tortillas around, rushing me while ordering, and acting Incredibly unpleasant the entire time. I only ordered three items, yet the experience felt hostile and uncomfortable. There was no smile, no basic courtesy, and after I said “thank you,” there wasn’t even a simple “you’re welcome.” I’m sharing this because I can’t imagine I’m the only customer who has experienced this kind of treatment here. Customer service and professionalism matter, and this visit was incredibly disappointing. DO NOT work with people if the vibe you are going to give off is RUDE!!
