  Ridiculous. I came here a couple days ago and they put the wrong sauce… how? Then I go today and they give me the wrong cheese for 3 filets. I got 3 filets with Colby Jack and they gave me American cheese on all 3 and it was sloppy the way it was thrown together. Not coming back to this location again. I’ve been here 3 times recently and had issues all 3 visits.

  For some reason despite ordering on the app ahead of time and on the receipt, I received (among what I really ordered) and egg, cheese, and bacon breakfast biscuit. Now how do you give me that when the order clearly says spicy chicken biscuit? Funny part, you wrapped it with the label of Spicy Sandwich!!! Do i need to unwrap each sandwich in the drive thru to check from now on.... not the first time this has happened... Oh and just 2 napkins for 6 items??

  There’s no inside?!? And only 4 tables to sit outside, in the horrible heat. This is a Pathetic excuse of a franchise and I would be horrified to know that this is the experience you get when going to chick fil a. Don’t even bring the food to you. What a joke of a location

  I come here often and they’re generally great. I love the mobile thru line and the staff is always nice. The main reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is because I always mobile order, which means I always put the exact number of sauces that I want/need on my order. I’d say they get it right about 85% of the time. It’s not always, but often enough to have noticed that they seem to not always pay attention to the count. If I notice this change in the coming months I will definitely edit the review. Edit: I had to lower it a star rating because even though they’re kind with service, this is the third or fourth time I order a fruit cup and they don’t include silverware. Nobody wants to eat mandarin orange slices and cut strawberries with their fingers. I shouldn’t have to check for basic needs before leaving but now I’m going to have to every time, and I hate that. New edit May 2026 - now I’m just getting the complete wrong item. Tell me if in this picture you can see that I ordered nuggets at all? I am so over this location. They are kind, which is… good. But I’d honestly rather mediocre service paired with a CORRECT ORDER! I’ve had 4 issues since my last update and it’s only been a month since I last updated. This is so ridiculous. Good job lowering yourself from a 5 star down to a 2 star through continued incompetence.
