I placed an online order for breakfast at 10:14am, arrived at 10:38am and was told that the order came in late so they cannot fulfill it and issued a refund. So I went back through the line and ordered again, once to the window, my order mysteriously got lost and they can not find it (all within less than 5min of ordering) that the iPad glitched even though I was charged. Asked to speak to manager and she was of no help, said that she can’t issue a refund because they don’t see the order on their end (even though it was literally just taken by their employee like less than 5min earlier) and wanted to charge me again to order. I declined and left. As a business owner myself, this could have been handled much better, was not even offered a discount or anything complimentary and I only ordered two items, not a large order. This is not the type of service management that I expect from a business of this magnitude.

The food is always good and the orders are correct from what I recall. *Important to note that this location offers drive-thru, mobile pick up, window pickup and OUTDOOR dining area only. We don't mind it at all. If we must have indoor dining we go elsewhere or get takeout if we are able to head directly home. NBD

After drive-thrus appeared in the 1970s I still went into dining rooms and lamented the fact that my wait time was at the mercy of drive thru service times but I persisted. Lately another issue is beginning where kiosks do not take cash, which is not Chick-fil-A's issue, but means I now boycott both Wendy's And Chik-fil-A. I had to walk away today. I will not return, ever, like never.
