My husband went into the Chick-fil-A to ask for a chicken noodle soup with a little more broth than chicken and noodles. I am not feeling well And my husband thought the broth would make me feel a little better. He asked the employee the employee was very kind. She went back to asking manager, and the manager said no absolutely not. My husband said he was very rude to the employee and he could hear the conversation. The employee apologize to my husband, but the manager never came over to speak with him. Very disappointed not sure if he was having a bad day but even so he should not be rude to the employees and maybe should’ve just come over and explained if they couldn’t

- EREric RileyAug 22, 20261.0**1 star** I have tried to give this location several chances, but after six recent visits with repeated order mistakes, especially involving gluten-free needs, I am extremely disappointed. My kids have gluten allergies, so accuracy is not a minor preference for us. On a previous visit, I clearly ordered grilled chicken sandwiches with no lettuce or tomato. Instead, we received regular fried chicken sandwiches with extra lettuce and extra tomato. That is the opposite of what was ordered and creates a serious concern when dietary restrictions are involved. After that experience, the location offered two complimentary gluten-free sandwiches. Today, I returned to use them and was given only one gluten-free bun for two sandwiches. I had to go back inside and ask for the second bun myself. I also asked for six Chick-fil-A sauces and received only two. By itself, that would be a small mistake, but after repeated incorrect and incomplete orders, it was another sign that the order was not checked before it was handed out. Mistakes happen once, but this has been a consistent issue across multiple visits. The staff needs a much better process for reading back and checking orders, especially when gluten allergies are involved. Families should not have to repeatedly inspect every item, return inside for missing items, or worry whether an allergy-related request was handled correctly. Sources
