  Had to wait for an online order way too long. Walked in at promised time & watched everyone prioritized that came in with/after me. The manager finally noticed what was happening and asked the person sweeping the doormat to make my food. The manager who charged me for a small drink that would’ve been nice to have comped due to having to wait & soda machine being down anyway. First time I’ve ever had an experience like this at cava.

  Food was great and fresh! raven and natalie both helped me with my bowl and they made great recommendations, I tried the steak and it was seasoned well to my liking. I would go back here again the place is nice and clean and everyone seems to be happy to work there.

  I love going to this cava location the staff is always very attentive and the food is always fresh and delicious, and fresh juices that are made daily are my absolute favorite. I have made it a habit to come weekly and will continue to do so. Thank you to the staff for always providing such a great atmosphere.

  Giving this location 3 stars because they can't seem to fill to-go orders properly and miss items. Giving Corporate a 2 star review because how is it when a customer has a problem NO ONE is available, phone systems dont work, and you have to send an email. My hard earned money is being wasted because people cant seem to follow an online mobile order and now I dont get my money back because I cant speak to a human. It's absolutely appalling that in 2026 I have to speak to robots and machines because something is wrong and nothing gets done.

  We had such a wonderful experience at CAVA near Tampa Premium Outlets! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Everyone was patient and made sure we had everything we needed. One team member in particular Brianna went above and beyond and assisted us throughout our entire visit. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great experience. That level of customer service really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. The food was fresh, delicious, and the staff made the process of choosing our meals easy and enjoyable. Great food is always appreciated, but exceptional service is what makes you want to come back—and this team definitely delivered!
