  The food is amazing and the person making the bowls was even better, Camille has an amazing attitude and is super kind and efficient, great workers and food would try again!

  Soooo delicious. Im addicted. I order the bowl with lentils and spinach then get lamb as my meat and throw all the veggies and sauces on top.

  The food here is pretty good and fresh. Most of the time the service is good. Sometimes the workers look unhappy or Ive seen some worker tension before. Seems like different group of people every so often. But 75- 80% of time they are good. There is one underlying issue. If you dont go right when they open you have to wipe your own table which is gross to me. I know, most places they dont these days. This is a new location and you would think right off bat they would try to keep tables clean but they dont... I watched a worker come out today, she pushed a couple chairs around the middle isle of clean tables and walk right back in kitchen. She never looked nor touched all the window seats that were all previously used. I actually dont go sometimes bc I wonder if i will sit at a table with rice and salad dressing on it. So Cava is missing out on sales because of this. I still have trouble fathoming people that work and run a restaurant with dirty tables. It was unthinkable to let someone sit at a dirty table when I worked at restaurants. If someone leaves there should be a worker cleaning that table immediately for another customer bar none. Cava could at least put out a busser station with some windex and gloves and wipes if they want us to do it.
