  Matthew was an outstanding bartender! He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. He had a great attitude, made excellent recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly without ever making us feel rushed. His service really made our experience at Carrabba’s even better. We’ll definitely be back and hope to see Matthew again. Highly recommend!

  Food was great. The service was always excellent until today. I had to go up and ask if they forgot about us. They were informed of my birthday however, nothing else was acknowledged. Between taking the order and then delivery timing of the food it was not a great experience.

  The food came so fast the people they were so kind especially the Alfredo and spaghetti are so good if I’m coming here for a fancy dinner, I would come here again

  I’d like to recognize Jasmine for providing one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. From the start she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we enjoyed our meal. She knew what we needed before we asked, kept drinks filled, made great menu recommendations, and checked in at just the right tims. Even though the restaurant was busy, Jasmine made us feel like we were her top priority. Her warm personality and customer service made a simple dinner into a memorable one! Great food brings people in, but outstanding service brings them back. Jasmine is absolutely the reason we’ll be returning to Carrabba’s. She is a tremendous asset to the restaurant and deserves recognition for the care and effort she puts into every guest experience. Thank you Jasmine!!

  Placed pick up order. It’s supposed to be ready by 7pm. I’ve been in the car at curbside pickup since 7pm. It’s 7:50pm now. Hostess doesn’t care and just said: “this is how it is, we’re busy”. 7:50pm - manager brought out food and was apologetic. Said food was ready on time but the hostess failed to get my last name so didn’t know it was my order. Even though the manager was nice I’m still super frustrated by that experience. Won’t be back.
