  First time at Birkin’s and we were not disappointed! The service is top-tier and whomever is in the kitchen knows how to cook a steak to perfection. Be sure to get the Mac and Cheese. Special thanks to the bartender who went the extra mile by creating me a custom lavender spritz. And thank you to Brandy for insuring our first visit was a memorable one.

  Very expensive for the taste quality. Chicken Marsala was dry and prepared where the chicken was not in the sauce and seared on both sides. Sauces for meats and fish were not tatsful. Atmosphere was great. Drinks ran dry many times, had to wait on refills. Not the quality of service for the money. Also bread "service" as they called it was charged for! They just bring you different types of bread in one basket with butter. Outback's bread was just as good and they don't charge you for it! I won't be going back. To expensive

  What a gem of a steakhouse with great sushi! It’s so nice not having to go all the way to Bern’s to find a steak that’s just as good, if not a little better. There are so many options here at Birkin’s! Every type of meat and fish you could want, along with a small but fresh sushi selection. The drinks, appetizers, and sides are all amazing and priced extremely well, which was another nice surprise. The wine is the only thing that seems a little overpriced, but everything else was spot on. They have a large sake selection and plenty of specialty drinks. Get the Wasabitini. You won’t find anything like it anywhere else. My 12oz filet was cooked to perfection, and everyone in our party had an excellent experience. We’ll be coming back time and time again.

  Went to Birkins for the first time Saturday, July 11th, 2026. NEVER AGAIN! This is a sorely overrated restaurant. Server was terrible, poor time management, inattentive, personality of a wet washcloth. Crab Rangoon was mostly cream cheese and dough, escargot was flavorless and needed salt & garlic. We were not given proper wine service as we ordered a bottle of The Prisoner Sauvignon Blanc and it was first served warm so we had to tell the server; then he brought out a chilled bottle and a cooler. Our food took forever and it was cold and congealed and the salads we asked to have come out first came with the meals. Meat was warm and potatoes cool. This was supposed to be a celebration and it turned out to be a horrific waste of time which I can never get back. My time & peace are priceless and this "steakhouse" is not worth it.

  The restaurant is very nicely decorated. The owner was attentive. The drinks were delicious. I liked the crab rangoon appetizer and the brownie dessert. The scallop appetizer was meh. The experience was a one and done for us though and here is why. The main course is served ala carte style and came out before the sides. We waited for the sides and steak knives while our main course was sitting and getting cold. The waitress had 2 assistants but they seemed to have trouble syncing things up in terms of service. My lamb was cooked perfectly but not seasoned at all. My husbands steak was ordered medium rare and came out rare. The loaded baked potato came out undressed and the waitress put the toppings on table side however by then the cheese had no time to melt. They charge you for sauce which is fine if its good but the chimichurri tasted like straight oil and chopped parsley. There was no garlic, red wine or red pepper flavor to it at all. Bread for table is extra and not included. For the price tag it really should have been. The quality and service didn't feel like it met the cost. It was an anniversary meal that wasn't memorable unfortunately
