This is my favorite mochinut from all the ones I’ve been to! It’s always clean, inviting, and customer service is great!

I ordered in the store few times before, it was really good. You can pick up to 4 bases. This time I ordered for pick up, my husband helped my picked up food. When I opened, I was so “surprised”! The portion was much smaller than when I ordered in the store! I made a comment”2 sweet potatoes noodle bases and 2 cabbage base, what I received was 1 and 1! Also no sauce on the side and no miso soup!

The food is okay, but the restroom is extremely dirty. There is pee everywhere, and the toilet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The sauce area is oily, and there are small bugs and flies crawling on the sauce bottles. When I touched one of the bottles, around 20 flies flew off of it. It was disgusting and very unsanitary.🤢🤢
