  Waited for over 25 minutes behind a singular car this evening and they couldn’t even fulfill that order. Ended up driving off after the 25th minute. Worst experience I’ve ever had for a drive through. Absolute joke.

  Went to sonic today I asked for a large chicken bite meal with tator tots large as well I drive across town for this and I don’t get what I ask for I get regular size for both. I don’t mind waiting get the order right. When taking orders plz let your customer finish and tell you that will be off instead of is that it after every item that is mentioned and huffing and puffing. It’s rude and plz change your oil give the food a burnt taste. I am not the one to say much on a review but when I’m spending close to 50 dollars for 3 meals I expect my order be correct.

  We had a large order with 2 cars full of people and they did not tell is they were short staffed or behind in the kitchen and we just sat there for 45 minutes. And when the food finally came out the orders were wrong and half the food was cold.

  ¿Tienes antojos de comer algo rápido porque estás en hora de almuerzo (break)? No se te ocurra visitar está localización. Los empleados tienen 3 velocidades: Lento, Lenticimo y SuperMegaLentos. No les importa tengas prisa pq ellos no le pagan por velocidad. Mejor cruza la calle y ordena un sándwich en WaWa para q tengas tiempo de sobra. Evaluación final: Deficiente regular.

  I wanted to leave this review because great customer service deserves to be recognized. A few days ago, my drink was made incorrectly. I ordered a RT44 Dr Pepper with coconut syrup and real lime fruit, but it was made with lime syrup instead of the real fruit, which completely overpowered the drink. It was an honest mistake, so I filled out the online survey. The manager, Nana, personally called me, apologized, and offered me a complimentary drink. I went back yesterday to redeem it, and it was absolutely delicious! Exactly how I had hoped it would taste! I actually came back again today because it was so good. Unfortunately, the Dr Pepper line was having issues, which wasn’t anyone’s fault. Nana personally came outside with a small cup of plain Dr Pepper so I could taste it for myself and explained that the machine was causing the problem. That level of care and communication really impressed me. The only feedback I’d offer is to pay a little closer attention to the difference between orders that say “syrup” and those that say “real fruit,” since that makes a huge difference in the drink. Other than that, the customer service at this location is absolutely top-tier. Nana and the rest of the staff genuinely care about their customers, and that’s exactly why I’ll keep coming back.
