It caused a severe reaction that I'm still dealing with almost 24 hrs later. Something is wrong with their computer system when ordering decaf. This makes me feel like I'm playing roulette with my health, so I'll be avoiding Dunkin (any location) after this, unfortunately.

Today, there was a different girl working it and she started off saying “what do you wanna get” then i asked for an iced caramel craze and when she reported back the wrong drink i corrected her and said it was the caramel craze. This was followed with a SIGH. Then just says pull forward without even knowing if i wanted anything else. Worst interaction ever.
