Today, we ordered a salad, a burrito bowl, and a kids quesadilla. - Forgot our guacamole and we had to request it before we left. - Salad had frozen, slimy lettuce. - Bowl had a long black hair. Manager was polite. Explained they have a known issue with their cold storage freezing lettuce. Not a single employee was wearing a hair net, which is OK. However, with their hats, their hair wasn't pulled back at all. Only option for refund is to drive back even though it was an online order. Waste of personal time for their lack of quality control. If you can receive payment online, you should be able to reverse the charge over the phone. Instead of finding an alternative for dinner, I had to return to the store for refund. At least my appetite was gone so it wasn't too much of an issue.

They gave me like a quarter scoop of guac and when I asked for a little more they tried to charge me for extra guac. Ive been a consistent customer for a long time even though quality and portions have gone downhill. This was the last straw.
