So the food used to be great here and the atmosphere really nice but this was our first time back in years and the place has gone downhill. The service was nice enough but the food was our biggest issue. The calamari sauce was way too salty. The plating for the entrees was absolutely disgusting. The taste was ok but the broccoli was so overcooked it was mushy. The plates themselves were too tiny not the portions but the plates then smothered in sauce it looked so gross. We opted for taking the food home and leaving the gross looking plates off to the side. I dont know if its just this location that went downhill or the entire chain but its a shame

So very sad that Bonefish Longwood has gone downhill since I visited 2 plus years ago ;-( . We dined in for our anniversary and wished we would have got to Fishbones instead. Smells start in the parking lot with sulfur sprinklers, continue on into restaurant of dirty mop smell and food smells that aren’t pleasant . Did my best by ordering a sangria and crab cakes with a side salad , husband had a steak . His was ok . Mine was so dense with crab I asked for a mango sauce to only eat one . Forgot our hand spray so washed up twice as the menu had food stains on it . The wall in the back had a nasty white spill going down it . Bathrooms ok but nothing had a nice smell not even the hand soap . How do you get hungry if the smells of the place gag you . Skipped dessert bc why bother . Spent $85 plus tip to say … I give it a 2. Seated next to a busy 14 too loud party and the place was empty . Wish we would have sat in the bar at this point . Brought my other crab cake home to trash it bc I didn’t want to be rude in restaurant . Staff ok . Hustle you in and out . No appeal . Nothing to write home about . Just sad bc this location used to be a prime place .

Ordered online and got to the restaurant early so went to the bar to get a drink while my food was getting made. Amanda is always great! Very attentive and great energy! Food never disappoints or drinks for that matter!

It’s disappointing that a restaurant that we have frequented over the years has declined in its level of service and food quality. Parmesan crusted fish was sub par - over done. The roasted potatoes were really mini potatoes that had been boiled - no seasoning. The drinks - were late - everytime we ordered a round. The waitress blamed the bar back up but it was clearly a waitress issue as I observed the bar humming and actually saw the 2 bartenders not mixing drinks and having a quick conversation. This is one of my go to’s for good food and reliable place to tuck in and enjoy the company you bring. Today was sub par at best.
