  They should be ashamed! Seated at 6:15 with reservation. Quick service. Ordered wine and Prime rib dinner with Caesar salad. And a NY strip. Few minutes later told they were out of Prime rib. Ridiculous at 6:15 and have it on menu. So we are going it eat salad and leave. Then told they could fix it afterall. What was served was not Prime rib but a tine slice of roast beef with some nasty brown gravy instead of aus juice. Lots of fat, tough! Just disgusting! Never going back!

  All around great, fresh fish options for all, open kitchen a waterfront dining experience. Has varied operating hours so be sure to check days and time for your visit, and Don't forget dessert !

  So we arrived at Chart house. The place was empty. They would not seat us at a table..we went to the bar. Food was good though overpriced but the ambiance looking out at New Pass is very nice. Service was average, bit slow. When we left people were waiting to be seating while there were plenty of empty tables. I get that maybe they don't have waitstaff but why leave people sitting by the front door when they could be enjoying a view. Perplexing

  Ok, so this large chain restaurant with many years of experience did not have a cocktail onion so I could enjoy a Gibson. Oh it's a classic cocktail, any veteran bartender knows it. While I'm still on the cocktail portion, what's with the bar menu? It's so huge and clumsy you could hurt someone. One of the attendees said they have great smoked drinks. I don't fancy them but someone did only he ordered a G&T. I asked why not the smoked one, he couldn't find it, it was there he didn't know the inside flap separating the pages. On the good side they did have an Arneis on the wine list, yum. Appetizer coconut shrimp, tasty, overcooked, needs to be brined if you split the shrimp, I'd still get it again. I gave up on the dinner menu when the waiter said there was no strip or prime rib steaks, all sold out. Go to Wholefoods, I mean at 6:30 you had a run and now everyone can't get their cow on? I ordered the black cod nicely presented, tasty, slightly overcooked, but I didn't say how I wanted it done, was stuck on cow.

  Only had reservations available for 7:15pm. We wanted to try to go early for our Anniversary dinner. We showed up at 6:15pm, and take our chances. The staff told my husband "no problem, should be able to get you seated in about 25 minutes". Sounded great! ... Well, a lot of time passes, and more and more new people were seated. I needed to return to the desk and ask how much longer. He looks at me and says "your reservation isn't until 7:15, we can't change reservation times". (Meanwhile, it was actually 7:15 on the dot) I explained that is not what he told my husband an hour ago. And how I looked around and saw many open tables. He said well you're being seated next. And we were seated not 3 minutes later. More than the wait for the table, I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that more than half the restaurant is NOT handicap accessible! We were unable to have a drink in the bar, while waiting, because I am in a wheelchair and the bar area is up a few steps! I told them that is unacceptable. It's 2026, and there is no reason that the entire restaurant shouldn't be handicap accessible. He looked at me and said "I agree". Nothing more, nothing less. I grew very irritated with the lack of accommodations. If your cocktail hour is only in the bar, make it accessible. And if you absolutely cannot (which they can -easily get a temporary ramp to use in these occasions), then at least offer us happy hour prices on a drink when we are seated. The food was excellent. The waitress was pretty good. But the accommodations and staff at the desk, very disappointing!
