  Wow, completely disorganized on a quiet Sunday night. Only 1 person in line inside and 3 cars in line outside. Giving orders to the wrong people and unable to keep up with such a light work load. Everybody needs re-training, including the manager.

  My wife's cheeseburger was cold with a cold piece of cheese. There were no topping of any kind. My McChicken was to be regular not spicy. It lacked any mayo or dressing of any kind and was fried so crisp it was terrible.

  Literally shorted us 2 sandwiches and 4× 4 pc chicken nuggets.

  We drove through their drive through around 11 am The wait wasn't bad. The burgers were all over the place. My husband's patty was overcooked. I ordered a #9-the 2 cheeseburger meal. One burger had NO meat patty, the other burger was hard and overcooked. We didn't go back due to being back on the interstate.

  I did the math on my receipt and noticed that there was a 0.15 charge in taxes and I was wondering why so I called the place and the lady thought I was a “prank caller”and told me “you kids need to stop playing on the phone” and I in udder shock I tried to tell her I was not playing and I was seriously and I couldn’t even get the words out before she hung up on me otherwise the services were good and so was the food except for the chicken nuggets which tasted like burnt popcorn which was hopefully a one time thing that is why I gave them 2 stars. Please do better.
